SR3604-28A is an aqueous version of the SR3604 (NEP solvent) series of aromatic polyamide-imide resins, enabling further dilutions with water.This product is produced at our plant in Dayton, TN.

EBECRYL® 8413 is a radiation-curable coating with a hazy tan liquid appearance. Designed to be solvent-free and voc-free, it serves a diverse array of markets, including adhesives and sealants, building and construction, consumer goods, electrical and electronics, and paints and coatings. This versatile formulation finds application in areas such as building envelopes, architectural coatings, electronics packaging, and specialty coatings. Specifically tailored for compatibility with plastics, it is particularly suited for consumer electronics, sports and fashion, and various other specialized applications.

NuSil™ FS-3780 is used by the aircraft industry as silicone adhesives and coatings for over five decades. Silicone's ability to maintain its elasticity and low modulus over a broad temperature range provides excellent utility in extreme environments. Recent advances in material technology provide more opportunities for the Aircraft engineer in choosing the best material for an intended application. HumiSeal® Acrylic Gel is a fast drying, single component, thixotropic acrylic paste that provides excellent moisture and environmental protection for printed circuit assemblies. HumiSeal® Acrylic Gel has been designed for use with our acrylic conformal coatings. HumiSeal® Acrylic Gel can be used for sealing, damming and to provide an extra level of protection around component leads. HumiSeal® Acrylic Gel fluoresces under UV light for ease of inspection and is easily repaired. HumiSeal® Acrylic Gel is in full compliance with the RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC.

FluorAcryl 3298 is a hydrophobic and oleophobic acrylate that produces hard scratch resistance coatings. This oligomer is compatible with UV/EB curing. FluorAcryl has a high Tg, good water resistance, high impact strength and good solvent resistance.

Cosmonate LK is modified MDI with clear and light yellow color that is easily handled and used in the temperature of over 10℃ by making some portion of crystallized solid cosmonate PH carboiimide to maintain liquid state with low viscosity of Max. 110 cps (25℃) on normal temperature.

Green Belting 170-10S Green has superior adhesion to itself to withstand the extreme conditions of metalizing and plasma spray operations. In most cases, just a single layer of 170-10S Green will withstand both the grit-blast and spray coating processes.

Cor-Ban® D-5029NS is a long lasting, high solids water displacing CIC used for for high profile aircraft substrates.

Tulco INC HM-250 is for low to moderate thickening, free flowing, anti-caking and silicone rubber application.

Advenira® AdvenShield™ SDN® Nanocomposite Coating nanocomposite coating provides hard, anti-scratch protection for polycarbonate, glass, and touchscreens.

HumiSeal® 1B15 is a single component, fast drying, easily repaired, acrylic conformal coating intended for use on printed circuit assemblies. HumiSeal® 1B15 coating is RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC compliant.

TEPIC is well suited for electronic coatings and plays a crucial role as the the cross-linker integrity of solder mask, in transparency of LEDs, and in outdoor durability of powder coating.

ABchimie™ 746E UV is a single transparent component designed to protect printed circuit boards in harsh environments. It uses dual cure technology (UV/humidity) to crosslink in the shadows. ABchimie746E UV can be applied with a brush, pad printing, spray machine, and, of course, a selective coating machine, which is the best method. Because of our system's low viscosity, we can limit the thickness to around 80 microns.

Fine-L-Kote SR Silicone Conformal Coating is the most versatile coating, providing protection in a wide range of environments.

Perma-New™ V-​​​16 (​​​​​​​​UV-cur​​ed) Class Coatings are new formulations similar to Perma-New V-2, but this class can be optimized for adhesion of vacuum deposited coatings (anti-reflective coatings) that will be applied on top. Although the V-2 class coatings can be used for subsequent vacuum deposition, it is easier for the vacuum deposition operator to achieve good adhesion over formulations in this class. The solids of this coating technology can be as high as 46%, which makes them suitable for spin application on ophthalmic lenses. At lower solids, coatings of this class can be used for dipping, roller or flow applications.

Green Belting 179-20S has superior adhesion to itself to withstand the extreme conditions of metalizing and plasma spray operations. This high temperature, abrasion resistant multi-ply tape is made with a silicone/glass layer laminated to a heavy gage aluminum foil. The aluminum layer enhances conformability and produces clean edge lines.

Electrolube 2KPB conformal coating reaction agent is required for Electrolube's innovative €˜2K' two part conformal coating systems and the next generation of UV Cure conformal coatings. Used in a similar fasion to traditional thinners, 2KPB0 is used at the correct mix ration during application via selective coating machine. Where 2KPB differs from the traditional thinner is that it contains the reaction agent required for the coating to commence curing, similar to how the Part B works in a resin system. Available in a 1 or 5 Liter, 2KPB is added to the 2K range Part A or the latest UVCL range, please check the TDS of the Product to see the suggested mix ratio's.

TECHSPRAY Turbo-Coat Thinner can be used to reduce viscosity to match ideal process parameters. Turbo-Coat, Turbo-Coat HV, and Turbo-Coat Thinner are all HAPs (Hazardous Air Pollutants) free, which means they do not contain common coating solvents such as Toluene, Xylene, and MEK. As a result, these coatings are more user-friendly and safe.

Resin Technology Group CT-523LV Cationic UV Cure Epoxy Adhesive is an epoxy-based, low viscosity, cationic-curable adhesive and/or sealant. This product is activated by exposure to medium intensity UV radiationresulting in a high strength, chemical resistant, low outgassing polymer system capable of surviving exposure up to 200°C.

Miller-Stephenson Chemical MS-472C Urethane Coating is a non-flammable, solvent-based, one-component polyurethane conformal coating that be applied by brush, spray or dip methods. Our coating provides excellent electrical and barrier properties in a thin-film applications on components and PCBs. When fully cured, the applied urethane coating exhibits superior toughness, abrasion resistance, and excellent moisture and chemical resistance. MS-472C will maintain its properties even after long exposure to the elements with minimal color change.

Yincae® UVC 88P is a conformal coating. It is a silver filled, one part epoxy conductive coating for glass and plastic surfaces. It features highly fluorescing, one part, 100% solid, dual cure acrylate polyurethane conformal coatings. They provide excellent chemical resistance, surface hardness, flexibility, and moisture resistance. After cure, these products provide excellent protection for all surfaces against dust, chemicals and harsh environmental factors. They also increase their biocompatibility and ability to retain relatively brilliant fluorescence, allowing coating inspection under UV light. The cure of shadow areas can be accomplished using a secondary heat cure.

Vocaplast UV is a carrier material that is a radically crosslinkable resin or UV monomer, customer specific carriers or reactive dissolvent on demand, photoinitiator-free, and with or without dispersing agent on demand.

Tulco INC PD-300 is for low to moderate thickening, anti-foaming, free flowing, anti-caking and silicone rubber application.

HumiSeal® 1B66 is a fast drying, single component, acrylic conformal coating that provides excellent moisture and environmental protection for printed circuit assemblies. HumiSeal® 1B66 demonstrates outstanding flexibility and is easily repaired. HumiSeal® 1B66 coating is RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC compliant.

WESCOAT® AX02P6 is a coating product that will guarantee performance and longer lifespans. WESCOAT® AX02P6 addresses the electrical, thermal, wear and erosion issues.

Duct-O-Seal is a non-flammable one component sealer is a non-toxic formulation designed to adhere most substrates. Tested for all electrical cable sheathing and will not affect the conduits.

AFA-G is a more viscous / gel like version of the successful AFA acrylic conformal coating. It has been designed to be used alongside the other AFA coatings. AFA-G is intended to be dispensed around the base of connectors to act as a permanent masking material. This masking layer will help prevent the capillary flow of material into the connectors, which can cause loss insulation of tabs and loss of connectivity. In addition, the improved resistance to flow of AFA-G can be used to more clearly define difficult keep-out areas during selective coating. . It can also be used to re-enforce sharp edges of critical components which may otherwise be missed by less viscous materials during the coating process.

Aviabor Borane-Pyridine is colorless or yellow transparent liquid.

Electrolube DCA SCC3 Conformal Coating is a unique modified alkyd coating specifically formulated to meet the highest defense standards in both Europe and the United States.
