Typically has low flocculation characteristics after the first generation.

Alcotec™ 48 Turbo Yeast with GA Enzyme bulk contains a highly complex, chemically defined macro and micro nutrition which together with the specially developed Alcotec TT Yeast strain is the only complete fermentation system capable of delivering 20% alcohol from a pure sugar base. Glucoamylase enzyme (GA) is added for converting dextrins into fermentable sugars. This strain also produces high levels of ester compounds and is able to release bound grapes volatiles as a result of its beta-lyase enzymatic activity. Wine produced by Bravo will reveal nuances of red fruit (strawberries, cherries) and rich dark fruit (plum and prunes) with very good intensity. Overall produces elegant wines with complexity and good acidity, Bravo is MLF compatible and can handle a wide range of temperatures.

White Labs Burton Ale Yeast WLP023 is sourced from Burton upon Trent, England which is known for pushing IPAs into the spotlight. It produces a subtle fruity ester profile which can be described as notes of apple, clover honey and pear. A background sulfur note is common with this strain. Great for use in hoppy American and English styles such as pale ales, bitters and ambers. Can also be an alternative to WLP001 California Ale Yeast®.
