TC 5005 A/B-C is a room temperature curing silicone elastomer intended primarily for making silicone skins, but is also used as a general purpose rubber. This product is a condensation cured system using a tin catalyst that provides a 1.5-2 hour work time with 16-24 hour demold time.

Da/Pro Rubber Medical Grade Silicone is a level of testing done on silicone materials. Some tests performed to classify medical grade silicone are USP class VI biological testing, histopathology, intramuscular implantation, and tissue cell-culture testing. Other testing could include skin sensitization, pyrogenicity, and hemolysis, although not all tests may be conducted to qualify the material as medical grade silicone. Dow Corning uses the term medical grade which has become widely accepted industry practice. Other testing of medical grade silicone is performed to determine compatibility with human implantation.

CRI-SIl CS10701P is a one-part, platinum-catalyzed compound. Nominal durometer is 70 Shore A. It has been certified as USP Class VI and is suitable for medical applications and implantations less than 29 days.

CRI-SIl P-RTV60 is a two-component, addition-cure, platinum-catalyzed, high tear strength, flexible mold compound. Da/Pro Rubber Silicone rubber has excellent high temperature properties and can be used in liquid silicone injection molding or as a silicone gum in the compression molding process. Silicone rubber can operate normally from -80°F to +450°F. This makes silicone rubber components ideal in high altitude situations in the aerospace industry or high temperature sterilization environments (e.g. medical applications).

TC-5005 A/B is a room temperature curing silicone elastomer intended primarily for making silicone skins, but is also used as a general purpose rubber. This product is a condensation cured system using a tin catalyst that provides a 40-60 minute work time with 16-24 hour demold time. If a softer product is required, refer to the TC-5005 A/B-C data bulletin. TC-5005 “C” can be added to extend the elongation andreduce thehardness of the TC-5005 A/B.

CRI-SIl CS10800P is a one-part, platinum-catalyzed compound. Nominal durometer is 80 Shore A. It has been certified as USP Class VI and is suitable for medical applications and implantations less than 29 days.

Silopren™ Gel 4222 is a kit matched, solvent free, clear and colorless two component silicone gel. For processing reasons Silopren™ gel 4222 has a defined cure profile. The material shows extreme slow cure at room temperature but cures to a finished product within several minutes at elevated temperatures.
