ELASTOSIL® P 7616-160 A/B is used for the production of external mammary prostheses with an outer skin of polyurethane film.
Processing
Component B must be homogenized thoroughly before use, since the color pigments tend to settle during prolonged storage. Components A and B are mixed in a ratio of 1 : 1, air bubbles have to be removed by evacuation. Curing is preferably conducted at 120 °C / 1 h.
- Important note: The platinum catalyst is in component A.
- Caution: Only A and B components with the same batch number may be processed together!
