Processing

  • Components A and B of SILPURAN 2400/25 A/B are delivered ready to use in drums.
  • The components are mixed homogeneously in an A to B ratio of 1:1 and vulcanize rapidly at temperatures over 100°C. a given application the required curing conditions (temperature and time) will also depend on the size and thickness of the specimen.
  • The fabricator must carry out preliminary tests to determine the optimum conditions for a particular application.

Important note:
The platinum catalyst is contained in component A.
Caution!
Only A and B components with the same batch number may be processed together!
