Its chemistry consists of hard and soft segments, providing design flexibility for various medical applications. With medium viscosity, 55 Shore D hardness, and medical/food contact grade quality, it excels in monolithic films, kink-resistant tubing, and soft-touch solutions.

EXTINITY® 0201-125 is a highly filled flame retardant concentrate that is designed to meet a variety of film flame retardant specifications including; MVSS-302, NFPA-701 Small Scale Test and UL-94 VTM-0 flame standards.EXTINITY® 0201-125 can be used in a variety of polyolefin base resin systems including LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE and mixtures of PE. EXTINITY® 0201-125 contains a flame-retardant package that is very thermally stable, UV stable and does not bloom. The brominated fire retardant in 0201-125 is RoHS compliant.

EXTINITY® 0101-107 is a halogenated, flame retardant compound specifically designed for use in plenum tube applications. This compound has good thermal and ultraviolet stability and can be converted easily on standard processing equipment.

VYNOVA™ S7102 is a high molecular weight and high porosity vinyl chloride homopolymer. It is a specialty resin suitable for extrusion, calendering or injection molding of semi-rigid and flexible PVC articles such as: cling films, flexible sheets, pool liners, inflatables, roofing membrane, profiles, cables insulation and sheathings, and flooring.

EXTINITY® 0201-312 is a highly loaded antimony trioxide concentrate that can be used for a variety of applications including film, sheet, and extrusion coating. The content of antimony trioxide in EXTINITY® 0201-312 is 80%, by weight. Use of EXTINITY® 0201-312 eliminates the exposure hazards typically associated with handling antimony trioxide powder, since all of the antimony trioxide powder is dispersed, distributed and encapsulated in a LDPE carrier resin.

VYNOVA™ S5902 is a low molecular weight, low porosity vinyl chloride homopolymer. It is a general purpose resin suitable for extrusion and calendering of PVC: rigid films for medical, food or consumer goods packaging, compact and foamed sheets, compact and foamed profiles, foam core pipes and fittings, and flooring.

EXTINITY® 0201-171 is a highly loaded, RoHS compliant, flame-retardant concentrate that can be used for a variety of applications including film, sheet, and extrusion coating. EXTINITY® 0201-171 has been designed to be used as a cost effective flame retardant for film products made with polyethylene resin systems. Films produced using EXTINITY® 0201-171 can be formulated to pass flammability requirements including the Boston Fire Department Test (BFD IX-1), NFPA-701, UL 94 VTM-0 and MVSS-302 automotive requirements. EXTINITY® 0201-171 does not contain DBDPO/DBDPE additives.

Elastocon® STK40B is a black thermoplastic elastomer that has been developed for applications that require ultra soft rubber-like properties and a good surface finish. Elastocon® STK40B is well suited for consumer goods and industrial applications requiring non-slip/soft dry-touch ergonomics, sound and vibration dampening, improved impact resistance, and U.V. stability. Elastocon® STK40B can be overmolded to PC, ABS, PC/ABS, Acrylic, PS, copolyester, various grades of polyamide, and more.Elastocon® STK40B is supplied as ready to use pellets in 50 lb. bag quantities.

This product is a polyurethane system. Mechanical data according to test pieces post-cured for 8 hrs. at 80°C. No heavy chemical and mechanical stress before 7 days after curing at room temperature (20-23°C).

Rubaloy RA - 4465 is a blend of specially selected polymers viz. Ultra high Acrylonitrile Butadiene Rubber (44% ACN Content) and pre-treated Poly Vinyl Chloride resin. This highly fuel resistant (Fuel 'A', 'B' and 'C') blend is an excellent replacement for conventionally used specialty Synthetic Rubbers. This grade is Pthalate free amd has improved flexibility as well as abrasion resistance. It has excellent color fastness and very low permeability; it has a low die swell property for Extrusions and Calendaring.

Polyplastics Group Topas® Elastomer E-140 is a semicrystalline cyclic olefin material with flexibility. It is a fairly stiff elastomer which can be extruded and injection molded, and can be blended with other TOPAS grades, other olefin resins and elastomers. For an elastomer, E-140 features high moisture barrier and has excellent clarity in thin sections or films. Secondary Tg of -6°C is relatively insignificant in terms of E-140 properties such as low temperature brittleness. The major Tg is below -90°C, while the melting point is about 84°C.
