Efka® SL 3210 is a slip and leveling agent, a very effective additive to increase substrate wetting, slip, surface smoothness, and gloss. It has good compatibility with a broad range of printing ink systems and is relatively insensitive to pin-holing, even at high dosage. The chemical nature is organically modified polysiloxane.

Alamine® 304-1 is a liquid emulsifier and wetting agent, specially designed for use in the printing and packaging industry, particularly in printing inks. As a versatile CASE ingredient, it excels in various printing applications beyond conventional uses. Its liquid form ensures easy handling and incorporation into formulations. With advanced emulsification and wetting technologies, Alamine® 304-1 contributes to enhanced performance, promoting effective emulsification and wetting processes in printing applications.

HDK® H13L is a synthetic, hydrophobic, amorphous silica produced via flame hydrolysis. It is a white colloidal powder of high purity. HDK® H13L is primarily used as a thickening, thixotropic, and anti-sedimentation agent in various applications such as coatings, printing inks, adhesives, and others. It finds its main application in polar systems. The strong hydrophobicity of HDK® H13L makes it particularly suitable for solvent-free systems, high solids formulations, and waterborne coatings.

HDK® N20Plus is a hydrophilic, synthetic, amorphous silica produced through flame hydrolysis. It is a standard product widely used in various industrial applications. HDK® N20Plus is a white colloidal powder of high purity. It finds applications in offset printing and powder coatings.

HDK® H20 is a synthetic, hydrophobic, amorphous silica produced via flame hydrolysis. It is a white colloidal powder of high purity. HDK® H20 is used as a thickening and thixotropic agent in coatings, printing inks, adhesives, cosmetics, and other applications. Berol 08 Powder is a fatty alcohol ethoxylate. It has a very strong hydrophilic (water soluble) character.

ULTRALUBE® GA 1803 is an HDPE-type wax dispersion used to improve surface qualities. This product is amine-free, provides maximum abrasion resistance, and is suitable for indirect and direct food contact. It is especially recommended for water-based printing inks with direct food contact.

ULTRALUBE® GA 1806 is an aqueous HDPE-type wax dispersion used to improve surface qualities, including:

• Mechanical strength
• Scratch resistance
• Surface slip

ULTRALUBE® GA 1806 is APEO- and formaldehyde-free. It is FDA-approved, anionic, and free from organic solvents. It is suited for topcoats and UV-crosslinking systems.

ULTRALUBE® GA 1806 is suitable for indirect food contact. It is especially recommended for water-based printing inks.

SPACTIVE® GA 1020 is a dispersion of high molecular weight polysiloxanes in polyalkylene glycol. This defoamer compound has the best price-performance ratio. Its preferred fields of application include: Printing inks: gravure printing inks and flexographic printing inks Overprint varnishes (OPV): high gloss or semi-gloss Let-down

SPACTIVE® GA 1010 is a siloxane defoamer compound for water-based coating systems and pigment grinding. Due to its chemical structure, it is particularly recommended for use in mill base. This product has the benefit of the best price-performance ratio and due to its higher activity it is recommended as an alternative defoamer to SPACTIVE® GA 1020. Its preferred fields of application include: Printing inks: gravure printing inks and flexographic printing inks Overprint varnishes (OPV): high gloss or semi-gloss Pigment grinding

AFCONA 2505 is a water-based defoamer and anti-foam, especially designed for micro foams. It is an organically modified polysiloxane, providing good defoaming and anti-foaming properties in all water-based coatings. It offers excellent performance against micro foam, even in high shear applications such as long period grinding. It maintains its good defoaming and anti-foam performance under high shear conditions.

DCL A3R Indanthrone Blue, PB.60 is a red shade of highly saturated blue that combines very good tinctorial properties with excellent fastness properties. DCC Blue A3R is a highly transparent blue suitable for opaque and effect shades and is used in high-end coatings, plastics, and ink applications.

DCL A3RN Indanthrone Blue, PB.60 is a red shade of highly saturated blue that combines very good tinctorial properties with excellent fastness properties. It is a highly transparent blue suitable for opaque and effect shades and is used in high-end coatings and ink applications.

DCL 7222 Quinacridone Magenta, PR.122 is a highly versatile pigment suitable for use in coatings, inks, and plastic applications. This blue-shaded red pigment is FDA-approved and offers a clean, vibrant shade with excellent fastness properties. Widely used for shading other reds, creating special-effect metallic finishes, and formulating pinks, PR.122 is the basis for the magenta colorant worldwide and is employed in virtually all machine tinting systems, both architectural and industrial.

DCL 7322 Quinacridone Magenta, PR.122 has similar properties to DCC Red 7222, making it a suitable drop-in match for shade and strength to the market standard for universal coatings. It is a high-performance organic quinacridone red pigment with excellent fastness and durability properties, making it suitable for high-end coatings applications.

AFCONA 2501 is a defoamer for water-based paint. It is a silicone-based defoamer containing a small amount of silicone to give better deaeration. It is recommended for all kinds of water-based coatings ranging from decorative paints to water-based printing inks.

Deuteron® WAX TF is a micronized PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene)-modified polyolefin with a fine particle size distribution and excellent ease of dispersion. PTFE imparts coatings with superior mar resistance and anti-blocking properties. Given the high cost of pure PTFE powders, this product provides a cost-effective solution by combining PTFE with polyolefin, offering many of the outstanding properties of pure PTFE.

Hauthane L-3645 is a NMP-free, TEA-free, aliphatic, silicone-modified, polyester-based, waterborne polyurethane dispersion. Features: May be formulated into low surface tension coatings. Exceptional dye transfer resistance. Excellent abrasion resistance. Higher silicone content (-2X) than HD-2602. Crosslinkable for improved adhesion and performance. Contains dipropylene glycol dimethylether (DMM) and dipropylene glycol monomethyl ether (DPM) co-solvent.

Texicryl® 13-813 is a modified styrene acrylic copolymer designed for use in off-set overprinting varnishes. It has been formulated to give excellent gloss over print and superior holdout over unprinted areas. It may also be used for certain graphic arts applications to non-absorbent substrates.

Hauthane HD-2107 DMM (L-2877) is a hard, NMP-free, APEO-free, aliphatic, polyester-based, aqueous polyurethane dispersion with an exceptional balance of properties. Features: Forms tough, abrasion- and mar-resistance films. Outstanding water and chemical resistance. Excellent exterior weathering performance. Can be crosslinked to enhance performance. Dilution and clean-up with ordinary tap water. Contains dipropylene glycol dimethyl ether (DMM) co-solvent.

Texicryl® 13-809 is a styrene acrylic emulsion polymer designed for high gloss, water-based overprint varnishes and heat resistant inks. This styrene acrylic binder has been designed to provide superb clarity, water resistance, heat resistance, gloss etc. It can be used as deblocking modifier.

Hauthane HD-2501 DMM (L-3121) is a soft, NMP-free, aliphatic, polycarbonate-based, polyurethane dispersion. Features: Maximum hydrolytic stability and oxidation resistance. Outstanding toughness and abrasion resistance. Can be crosslinked to enhance performance. Dilution and clean-up with ordinary tap water. Contains dipropylene glycol dimethyl ether (DMM) co-solvent.

Texicryl® 17-0330 is a styrene acrylic copolymer emulsion designed for use in high performance adhesives, inks, and coatings where flexibility and/or cold temperature flexibility are desired. It can be utilized in a range of water based adhesives and emulsion paint formulations and can easily be formulated into coatings varying in properties from semi-gloss finish to high pigment volume concentration low-cost paints.

Hauthane HD-2120 DMM (L-2882) is a very hard, NMP-free, APEO-free, aliphatic, polyester polyurethane dispersion. Features: Superior adhesion to PVC. Excellent UV resistance. Exceptional alcohol resistance. Humidity resistance. Contains dipropylene glycol dimethyl ether cosolvent.

Hauthane L-2874 is a soft, non-ionic, aliphatic, polyether-based, polyurethane dispersion. Features: Compatibility with low pH acrylic emulsions. Forms soft, flexible films. May be crosslinked with melamine or isocyanates to improve water resistance. Contains very low level of dipropylene glycol dimethyl ether (DMM).

Hauthane L-2357 is a branched, aliphatic, co-solvent free, polyether-based, polyurethane dispersion. Features: Contains no co-solvent. Medium hard, tough film. Polymer branching improves film resistance properties. Dries to clear, glossy, non-discoloring film. Dilution and cleanup of wet material with water.

Hauthane HD-2101 DMM (L-2969) is a soft, aliphatic, polyester-based, aqueous polyurethane dispersion. Features: Outstanding toughness and abrasion resistance. Excellent water and chemical resistance. Exceptionally high melting point for a medium soft polymer. Can be crosslinked to enhance performance. Dilution and clean-up with water. Contains dipropylene glycol dimethyl ether co-solvent.

Hauthane HD-2117 DMM (L-2892) is an extremely hard, NMP-free, APEO-free, aliphatic, polyester-based, aqueous polyurethane dispersion with exceptional chemical and early water-resistance properties.
