SILRES® BS 43 N is a water-dilutable silicone resin emulsion primarily used as a binder in the production of silicone resin emulsion paints and silicone resin plasters. It serves as the main binder in these formulations, playing a crucial role in their performance. When properly formulated with SILRES® BS 43 N, the resulting products exhibit several desirable characteristics. SILRES® KX is a medium-molecular-weight methyl silicone resin that is supplied as a 50 wt.% solution in xylene. Its primary application is as a binder for highly heat-resistant coatings. SILRES® KX can be used effectively as a binder for various types of coatings. It offers exceptional heat resistance and weatherability, and when applied, it dries without being tacky. The resin can also undergo heat curing, further enhancing its performance. SILRES® KX is particularly well-suited for highly-filled coatings, allowing for the incorporation of a high level of fillers while maintaining excellent properties and durability.

ELASTOSIL® RD 6600 F is a solvent-based, addition-curing silicone rubber dispersion specifically designed for textile coatings. It finds applications in architectural textiles, industrial textiles, lifestyle textiles, and textiles for protective clothing. This silicone rubber dispersion, which is formulated in xylene, exhibits excellent penetration into the substrate and provides a dry surface touch. SILRES® BS 310 is a solventless emulsion that can be thinned with water. It consists of polysiloxane modified with a functional silicone resin. This product is specifically designed to be added to aqueous masonry coatings and primers, either during or after their manufacture. When used undiluted, SILRES® BS 310 serves as an additive for aqueous indoor paints or coatings. Its purpose is to enhance the workability of the paint or coating, resulting in improved application properties. This product is highly compatible with indoor paints and has a positive influence on wetting and leveling properties.

DEHESIVE® 924 US is a 100% solvent-free, addition-curing silicone intended for coating paper and other substrates. This product offers good release stability, coverage at low silicone coat weights, and fast cure properties, which in turn allow for a low platinum concentration.

SILRES® HK 46 is a high-molecular-weight methyl silicone resin supplied as a 50 wt.% solution in xylene-butanol 4:1. It is commonly used as a binder for high heat-resistant coatings and heat-stable nonstick coatings. SILRES® HK 46 is suitable for various heat-resistant paints and is an excellent choice for (anti-corrosion) coatings on fireplaces, mufflers, exhaust systems, engine parts, boilers, furnaces, ovens and oven inserts, chimneys, barbeques, electric and gas heaters, and incinerators.

WACKER® Polymer FD 6 is a colorless, clear, and odorless liquid that is not miscible with water. It is used as a raw material for the production of RTV-1 silicone rubbers. This product is specifically designed for use in sealants and silicone sealants, serving as a special raw material for silicone compounding.

SILRES® BS 50 is a solvent-free, water-thinnable emulsion of a special blend of silicone resin and polydimethylsiloxane. It is recommended as an additive for porous masonry coatings to make them water-repellent. SILRES® BS 50 is particularly suitable for silicate emulsion paints and plasters.

ELASTOSIL® LR 6360 F is a solvent-free, free-flowing silicone rubber designed for stiff textile coatings. SILRES® BS 6042 is a solventless, water-dilutable emulsion of a modified silicone resin that is specifically designed to be used as a standalone silicone in the production of silicone resin emulsion paints and plasters. DEHESIVE® 908 is a solventless, addition-curing silicone fluid designed for release applications on both paper and filmic substrates. It is an essential component of a multicomponent release coating used in the manufacturing of paper and filmic release liners. These liners play a crucial role in the production of single- and double-sided industrial laminates.

WACKER® Polymer FD 350 is a hydroxyfunctional polydimethylsiloxane polymer. It is a colorless, clear, and odorless liquid that is not miscible with water. SILRES® WH 80A is a water-reducible, solvent-free emulsion of siloxane that can be used to increase the beading and water repellency of cellulosic substrates. The modification of water-reducible organic polymers such as alkyds or acrylic latexes with SILRES® WH 80A will increase water repellency and beading after exposure to UV radiation.

SILRES® MPF 52 E is an emulsion of methoxy functional-terminated silicone resin that contains methyl phenyl groups. It possesses several special features, including good heat stability, fast air drying, good hardness, and compatibility with organic binders. Additionally, it helps improve the weather resistance of coatings or paints.

ELASTOSIL® RD 3151 F is a silicone rubber dispersion used for textile coatings and as a primer for bonding silicone rubber on PEX surfaces. It finds application in industrial textiles. The dispersion offers properties such as high abrasion resistance, easy-to-clean surfaces, and high heat resistance.

DEHESIVE® 921 is a 100% solvent-free, addition-curing silicone specifically designed for coating paper and filmic substrates used in the production of single- and double-sided industrial release laminates. It offers fast curing properties, ensuring efficient processing. Additionally, it exhibits low release characteristics at low peel speeds and features a dynamically increasing release profile. ELASTOSIL® NT 76 is a solvent-free, addition-curing liquid silicone rubber (LSR) with a non-thixotropic viscosity. It is a general-purpose silicone rubber for textile coating applications, like the manufacturing of conveyor belts, electrical sleevings, protective clothing, bellow expansion joints, awnings, sunblinds, sports performance fabrics, airbags, and medical fabrics.

SILRES® SY 231 is a solventless, liquid, reactive, methoxyfunctional methyl-phenyl polysiloxane with a narrow molecular weight distribution. It is utilized for enhancing the weather and heat resistance of organic resins. This product can be employed as a cold blend additive, where it is directly mixed with the organic resins, or as a chemically bound intermediate, where it is chemically incorporated into the structure of organic polymers. By incorporating SILRES® SY 231, the resulting materials exhibit improved resistance to weathering and heat, making them suitable for applications requiring enhanced durability and performance.

SILRES® MP 50 E is an emulsion of methyl phenyl group-containing silicone resin. When combined with suitable temperature-stable pigments and fillers, SILRES® MP 50 E becomes the ideal binder for heat-resistant water-borne paints. It is commonly used in applications such as heat-resistant coatings and industrial coatings.

SILRES® BS 54 is a water-dilutable, solventless emulsion of a silicone resin that serves as a binder in the manufacturing of silicone resin emulsion paints and plasters. It is specifically utilized as a binder in silicone resin emulsion paints and renders. When formulated correctly, products incorporating SILRES® BS 54 exhibit desirable characteristics such as high permeability to water vapor and CO2, low water absorption, low susceptibility to soiling, a mineral-like appearance, and an extended lifespan. Additionally, the use of SILRES® BS Additive helps achieve an excellent beading effect. For optimal protection, it is recommended to prime facades before applying paint.

WACKER® Elastomer 50 N is a colorless liquid polymer composed of hydroxy-functional polydimethyl siloxane. It has been specifically formulated to cater to various applications such as sealants, adhesives, coatings, textile softeners, and mold-making products. Notably, this product does not dissolve in water.

ELASTOSIL® LR 6250 F Transparent is a solvent-free, free-flowing liquid silicone rubber designed for textile coatings. It undergoes additive curing and is specifically formulated for coating applications in the textile industry. This product features low viscosity, making it suitable for a wide range of general-purpose coating applications. Additionally, it offers a long pot life for ready-to-use mixtures.

ELASTOSIL® LR 6240 A/B is a solvent-free, free-flowing, addition-curing two-component silicone rubber for textile coatings (e.g. electrical sleevings). This low-viscosity compound is used to produce flexible textile coatings. It is especially suitable for the manufacture of conveyor belts and electrical insulation tubing.

SILRES® REN 80 is a medium-hard methyl phenyl silicone resin provided as an 82 wt.% solution in xylene. It is commonly employed as a binder in heat-resistant, anticorrosive coatings. The primary application of SILRES® REN 80 is as a binder for various coating formulations. It possesses excellent heat resistance and weatherability, ensuring durability in challenging conditions. Moreover, it has the ability to dry to a tack-free film at ambient temperature, facilitating convenient and efficient coating processes.

SILRES® REN 50 is a medium-hard methyl phenyl silicone resin available as a 50 wt.% solution in xylene-butanol (9:1). It is primarily employed as a binder for heat-resistant, anticorrosive coatings. Additionally, SILRES® REN 50 finds extensive use as a binder in various coating applications. It offers exceptional heat resistance and weatherability, ensuring optimal performance in demanding environments. Furthermore, it exhibits fast drying characteristics, forming a tack-free film at ambient temperature.

SILRES® 64558 VP is a toluene-based, ready-to-use formulation based on polysiloxanes and silicone resins. The product is preferably used as a binder in highly flexible composite tapes or as an intermediate to manufacture silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) formulations. In composite tapes, SILRES® 64558 VP contributes to the tapes' excellent electrical insulation properties and outstanding long-term heat resistance. Besides, composite tapes made with SILRES® 64558 VP are highly stable against environmental impacts such as moisture, pollutants, and UV light, allowing them to be exposed continuously to constantly changing climatic conditions or UV radiation.

ELASTOSIL® LR 6260 A/B is a solvent-free, free-flowing, addition-curing two-component silicone rubber for textile coatings (e.g. electrical sleevings). It is a liquid silicone rubber with low viscosity used to produce textile coatings. It is especially well suited for the manufacturing of electrical sleeves.

SILRES® MSE 100 is the methyl ester of a mixture of different oligomeric methylsilicates. It is a methoxyfunctional methyl polysiloxane. SILRES® MSE 100 is specifically recommended as an ambient-temperature moisture-curing binder for heat-resistant paints. When combined with suitable catalysts, temperature-stable pigments, and fillers, SILRES® MSE 100 becomes the optimal binder for ambient-curing, heat-resistant paints.

SILRES® IC 678 is a solventless, reactive, methoxyfunctional phenyl polysiloxane with a narrow molecular weight distribution. This solvent-free liquid resin is specifically designed to enhance the weathering and heat resistance of organic resins. It is highly suitable for incorporating a compatible silicone component into other binder systems, thereby increasing their weathering or heat resistance properties. By adding SILRES® IC 678 to binder formulations, the overall performance and durability of the resulting materials can be significantly improved.
