Sicomin SR 1660 / SD 1305 is a laminating epoxy systems developed by Sicomin and adapted for the production of high performance composites. This systems developed for high service temperature tooling from 120°C up to over 200°C continuously depending on the chosen hardener.

E01 Emulsion Chopped Strand Mat is made of randomly distributed chopped E6 glass strands held together by an emulsion binder. E01 is compatible with unsaturated polyester, vinyl ester, epoxy and phenolic resins. E01 is designed for use in hand lay-up, filament winding, compression molding and continuous laminating processes. Its end-use applications include boats, bath equipment, automotive parts, chemical corrosion resistant pipes, tanks, cooling towers and building components.

Rhino Linings USA, Inc. 1301 Resin is a Standard Undiluted Epoxy Resin. The standard press mold epoxy system for composite laminates and parts. All listed hardeners cure very quickly at standard process temperatures 160°F – 210°F.

LAM-125 / LAM-229 has Low viscosity for quick wet out of synthetic composite fabrics; especially effective with Kevlar® and carbon fiber.

Epoxy resin in the form of foil is designed for patent Letoxit Foil Technology (LF Technology). LF Technology is a dry lamination technique, which is suitable especially for production of laminate structures with exactly defined reinforcement and resin content. If it is necessary to increase the amount of resin in a certain place, it is also possible to combine epoxy resin Letoxit Foil with prepregs. Letoxit® LFX 035 can be applied for all types of reinforcement. Various types of glass, carbon or Kevlar fabrics or their combinations are mostly used. Unidirectionally oriented reinforcements or 3D fabrics can be used, too. LFX 035 is suitable especially for production of sandwich structures and honeycomb constructions. The produced laminate has very good mechanical properties under stress in temperature range from -75°C to +110°C. Therefore it is used for manufacturing of aircraft parts and transport vehicles.

Versitex® VR3 is a cost-effective thermoplastic composite backed by a thin sheet of fabric to helppromote adhesion of injected or poured foam systems. These high impact resistant panels are comprisedof polypropylene resin reinforced with continuous bi-directional glass fibers. Versitex resists rot, corrosion,mildew, and is not affected by cleaning-related chemicals. Versitex VR Series panels provide significantenergy absorption over traditional FRP panels and exhibit thermal expansion similar to aluminum. Thebi-directional nature of Versitex provides consistent physical properties throughout the entire panel. Versitexis easily repaired by applying low heat.

Rhino Linings USA, Inc. 1337 Resin is a High Temperature Epoxy Novolac Tooling Resin. High temperature Novolac laminating and tooling epoxy. 350°F HDT after post cure.

Polydyne® 6020 - lamination resin, good adherence to acrylics substrates. Fast cycle curing. Main applications areas are building and construction, composites etc.

LAM-135 / LAM-226 has Medium viscosity for good wet out of all synthetic composite fabrics and core materials.

45NK is a woven Kevlar® aramid fiber reinforced multifunctional epoxy laminate and prepreg systemengineered to provide in-plane CTE values as low as 6 ppm/°C for compatibility with leadless alumina ceramic chip carriers (LCCC's) and other low expansion SMT devices where control of laminate expansion is critical for solder joint reliability. 45NK exceeds the requirements of IPC 4101/50 (Type AFG).
