ELASTOSIL® LR 3022/60 A/B is a liquid silicone rubber. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with short curing times and excellent coolant resistance. The vulcanizates of this product are opaque with average mechanical properties. However, they are highly recognized for their ultra-low compression sets after post-curing.

ELASTOSIL® R 757/60 is a high-consistency silicone rubber (HCR) known for its exceptional resistance to hot air, especially when a heat stabilizer is added. The material exhibits excellent tear resistance, a low compression set, and high elasticity. It is suitable for use in appliance cables that comply with UL 758 and have a temperature rating of 250 oC.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3066/60 A/B is a liquid silicone rubber from the ELASTOSIL® LR 3066 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with a short curing time and a low coefficient of friction. When compared to the ELASTOSIL® LR 3003 grade, the coefficient of friction is reduced by 50-70%. The vulcanizates of this product are renowned for their high transparency as well as their exceptional mechanical and electrical properties.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3003/30 R A/B is a liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3003 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with a short curing time. Its vulcanizates are noted for their high transparency and excellent mechanical properties.

SILMIX® M70 Gray is a compound used for fabricating vulcanizates that display a unique combination of characteristics. They are noted for their good flexibility and mechanical properties. SILMIX® M70 Gray is designed for fabricating molded articles. Additionally, post-cured parts made from this compound can be used for food contact applications and are suitable for use under recommendation "XV."

ELASTOSIL® R Plus 4000/70 is a two-component, high consistency silicone rubber specifically formulated for the production of molded articles. When cured, these articles demonstrate both high transparency and exceptional tear resistance. This fast-curing silicone rubber exhibits impressive elongation values and maintains excellent tear resistance. Thanks to the addition cure process, the vulcanization reaction occurs significantly faster compared to peroxide curing materials. Importantly, no peroxide decomposition products are formed during vulcanization.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3842/70 A/B is a low-oil-bleeding liquid silicone rubber from the ELASTOSIL® LR 3842 series. It is a paste-like, easily  pigmentable, two-component product with short curing times. Shortly after the curing process, a thin oil film with lubricating properties forms on the surface of the vulcanizates. The vulcanizates are opaque and exhibit good mechanical and electrical properties, as well as very low compression sets.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3040/50 A/B is a liquid silicone rubber from the ELASTOSIL® LR 3040 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with a very short curing time. The vulcanizates of this product are renowned for their high transparency as well as their exceptional mechanical and electrical properties. They are particularly noted for their high tear resistance according to DIN ISO 34-1 A (trousers) and ASTM D 624 B (crescent).

ELASTOSIL® LR 3065/50 A/B is a liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3065 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with a short curing time and a low coefficient of friction. In comparison with ELASTOSIL® LR 3003 grades, the coefficient of friction is reduced by 50-70%. The vulcanizates are noted for their excellent mechanical and electrical properties. Due to the excellent compression set, there is no need to post-cure technical parts.

ELASTOSIL® R Plus 4305/60 S is a two-component, high-consistency silicone rubber specifically designed for manufacturing extruded articles. Cured articles made from this addition-curing rubber exhibit excellent transparency and good to very good mechanical properties. This fast-curing silicone rubber demonstrates good to very good mechanical properties. The vulcanization reaction is significantly faster compared to peroxide-cured materials, thanks to the addition cure process. Moreover, no peroxide decomposition products are formed during vulcanization.

ELASTOSIL® LR 5040/30 A/B is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component liquid silicone rubber with very low volatile content and excellent mechanical properties with no required postcure. Articles made from ELASTOSIL® LR 5040/30 A/B exhibit high transparency, excellent electrical properties, and mechanical properties engineered for high tear resistance according to DIN ISO 34-1 A (trousers) and ASTM D 624 B (crescent) without post-curing. The ability to meet regulatory requirements for specific food and baby care applications without the need for post-curing offers key advantages in cost savings and productivity.

POWERSIL® 310 MH is a one-component, ready-to-use peroxide curing compound. It cures to form an electrically insulating silicone elastomer with high erosion resistance. This product exhibits very good arc resistance, suitable dielectric properties, and good mechanical properties. POWERSIL® 740 Light Gray A/B is a paste-like, two-component compound with short curing times. ELASTOSIL® R 401/70 OH US is a colorless, translucent silicone rubber base noted for its flexibility, high transparency, and good mechanical properties. ELASTOSIL® LR 3003/70 US A/B is a liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3003 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound. It is noted for its high transparency, excellent mechanical and electrical properties, and ability to be molded into intricately shaped, precision parts. This series is used for health care applications, including short-term implants. Very brief molding cycles for intricately shaped and flash-free parts are possible.

SILPURAN® 6400/60 A/B is a paste-like, easily pigmentable two-component compound with short curing times. Its vulcanizates are noted for their high transparency and excellent mechanical and electrical properties. SILPURAN® 6400 exhibits excellent tear resistance measured according to ASTM D 624 B and DIN ISO 34-1 method A (DIN 53507). SILPURAN® 6400/60 A/B is designed for medical applications in compliance with the Wacker Silicones Health Care Policy, including implantation for less than 30 days.

ELASTOSIL® R Plus 4001/90 MH is a one-component, high-consistency silicone rubber designed for the production of molded articles. It utilizes an addition-cure process, resulting in cured articles that possess excellent transparency, very high hardness, and favorable mechanical properties. ELASTOSIL® R Plus 4001/90 MH is a fast-curing silicone rubber that exhibits good to very good mechanical properties.

ELASTOSIL® R Plus 4060/50 MH is an addition-curing, one-component high consistency silicone rubber specifically designed for molding applications. The cured articles produced using this silicone rubber demonstrate excellent elasticity and low compression set. ELASTOSIL® R Plus 4060/50 MH is well-suited for the manufacturing of molded articles.

HDK® T30 is a hydrophilic, synthetic, amorphous silica produced through flame hydrolysis. It is a standard product widely used in various industrial applications. HDK® T30 is a white colloidal powder of high purity. It finds application in inkjet paper, make-up, powder coatings, printing inks, and rheology control.

ELASTOSIL® Crosslinker 525 is a hydrogen polysiloxane containing a high percentage of reactive Si-H groups. It is used in the thermal curing of addition-crosslinking solvent-based and solvent-free silicone rubbers. SILPURAN® 6600/50 A/B is a paste-like, easily pigmentable two-component compound with short curing times. Compared to the SILPURAN® 6000 series, the coefficient of friction of a post-cured article made of SILPURAN® 6600 is reduced by 50–70%. SILPURAN® AUX 8250 RO is a white, barium sulfate-containing batch that is used as a radio-opaque additive for peroxide-cured high-contrast silicone rubber. SILPURAN® AUX 8250 RO is designed for medical applications in compliance with the WACKER SILICONES HEALTH CARE POLICY, including implantation for less than 30 days.
