AL69 is a bifunctional polysulfidic organosilane for the rubber industry. It is used to improve the reinforcing capability of fillers with silanol group on their surface (e.g., silicas, silicates, clay, etc.), and also as an integral part of curing systems to improve crosslinking network properties.

Andisil® 2090 Silane is also called n-Propyl Silicate. The ethyl group of ethyl silicate is replaced by the N-propyl group, so the speed of hydrolysis is slower than ethyl silicate.

Andisil® 158 Silane is a high performing crosslinker for one component moisture cure RTV silicones. Its relatively low MW can reduce the total crosslinker requirement by ~25% as compared to an oxime crosslinker. Supermag 150 is an efficient activator that is highly active, and has high surface area MgO. It is produced under a special processing condition, thereby resulting in controlled particle size distribution. Supermag 150 is a high active magnesium oxide mainly used as an acid scavenger, scorch retarder, or curing agent during the cross-linking of several rubber compounds containing halogens or nitrile groups. Examples include chloroprene rubber and synthetics rubber (FKM, CIIR, BIIR, CPE).

K-KAT® XK-618 is a mixed organometallic complex catalyst designed to be an alternative to mercury and tin in urethane cast elastomers. It has excellent compatibility with 1,4-BDO and is recommended for aliphatic systems.

DYTEK® 2M3BN (2-methyl-3-butenitrile) is an unsaturated nitrile that is used as a chemical intermediate used in flavors and fragrances, dyes, and rubber and polymer applications.

Thanecure® ZM is a cure activator for sulfur cured Millathane® polyurethane rubber. It consists of a partial complex of zinc chloride and MBTS.

Andisil® VDM 500 Polymers are vinylmethyldimethyl polysiloxane copolymers that are also vinylterminated. The products have pendant vinyl groups along the polymer backbone to enhance the crosslink density of the cured RTV (Room Temperature Vulcanization).

K-KAT® XK-672 is an effective catalyst for the production of urethanes. It meets all requirements of FDA 21 CFR 175.300 and is recommended for 1-component blocked NCO polyurethane systems for coil coating applications. Typical usage level 0.1 - 1.0% on total resin solids.

Thanecure® T9 Superfine is the dimer of 2,4-toluene diisocyanate (TDI). It is a polyfunctional isocyanate used as a vulcanizing agent for specialty millable polyurethane rubbers, as a crosslinker for adhesives and as an adhesion promoter for rubber-to-fabric bonding.

K-KAT® 670 is a unique zinc complex catalyst recommended for polysiloxane and STP 1K moisture cure adhesives, sealants, and coatings. K-KAT® 670 imparts excellent cure response in both methoxy and ethoxy silane systems.
