Plastomoll® DNA is a liquid plasticizer designed for optimal performance with polymers and resins such as nitrocellulose, vinyls, and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) within the Adipates chemical family. This versatile plasticizer, in liquid form, ensures ease of incorporation and handling. Tailored for end uses like drums, Plastomoll® DNA enhances flexibility and compatibility in various applications.

Luwax® A Powder serves multiple functions such as a processing aid, lubricant (external and internal), dispersant, mold release agent, and binder. It features good mechanical properties and improves optical properties in various plastics and elastomers industry applications, particularly in film production.

Plastomoll® DOA BMB serves as a specialized plasticizer intended for PVC, surface coatings, and rubber applications. Its optimal use lies in flexible PVC colorants and coatings, particularly those that excel at providing excellent low-temperature properties. Notably, it meets the required standards for food packaging, rendering it suitable for flexible PVC films utilized in food contact applications like cling film. ZELEC® A081 is an alcohol phosphate that can be used to help decrease the viscosity of high-pressure compounds. It can also be used to reduce and stabilize viscosity and act as a color stabilizer in rubber. It also plays the role of a lubricant additive for plastic materials and provides antistatic properties in fiber lubricating oils. It can also be used as a spreading agent for oils and waxes and as an internal demolding agent for molding plastic and pultrusion. It is an additive that inhibits deposits of a corrosive nature during the soldering of light metals (aluminum and magnesium) and can be used in construction as a concrete additive. It is also used as a dispersing agent in ink formulations.

ZELEC® A130 can be used as a wetting agent in the paint and coating industries. In this application, it could also contribute to the improvement of corrosion resistance, gloss, color acceptance, wet scrub resistance, and the hiding power of the film. It can also be used as an antistatic agent in textile and leather finishing and processing and in rubber, plastic, and composite processing. It can also act as an emulsifier and corrosion inhibitor in metalworking fluid, printing pressrooms, and oil fields. It can also be used as a demolding agent in a construction area and in rubber, plastic, or composite processing. It also has lubrication properties for metalworking fluids and textile and leather finishing and processing, including extreme-pressure and anti-wear properties.

ELASTOSIL® AUX Replasticizer 4 is a ready-to-use silicone rubber additive that helps to replastify heavily crepe-hardened solid silicone rubber compounds. Depending on the degree of crepe-hardening, a dosage of 1 - 3 % is recommended. This product has a paste consistency and can easily be incorporated into ELASTOSIL® R and R Plus compounds.

ELASTOSIL® AUX Mould Release Agent 32 is a mold release agent for LSR (liquid silicone rubber) and HTV (high-temperature vulcanizing) injection and compression molding. This product functions as an auxiliary that helps improve the demolding of tools for injection and compression molding.

ELASTOSIL® AUX FL Non-Healing is a ready-to-use masterbatch comprising specific additives and reactive silicone polymers that are commonly used in ELASTOSIL® liquid silicone rubber. This ensures homogeneous covulcanization without migration, as may be observed for systems based on silicone oil. It can be used to reduce self-healing and other sticking phenomena.

SILFAR® 350 is a polydimethylsiloxane derived from the hydrolysis and polycondensation of dichlorodimethylsilane and chlorotrimethylsilane. Its degree of polymerization (n) is adjusted to achieve a mean kinematic viscosity of 350 mm²/s at 25°C. This versatile product finds application in both the pharmaceutical and food sectors. In the pharmaceutical industry, it is commonly used in antiflatulence and antacid preparations.

SILFAR® SE 88 is a silicone antifoam emulsion suitable for various industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, fermentation processes, and agrochemical formulations. It is specifically designed for European use as a processing aid in food production, based on E 900. It is important for the food manufacturer to ensure that only minimal traces of the product are present in the final food, as per the necessary regulations.

SILPURAN® AUX 8251 RO is a white, barium sulfate-containing batch that is used as a radio-opaque additive for addition-cured high-consistency silicone rubber. SILPURAN® AUX 8251 RO is designed for medical applications in compliance with the Wacker Silicones Health Care Policy, including implantation for less than 30 days.

SILRES® BS 97 is a water-dilutable, solventless emulsion based on an alkyl silicone resin. It is primarily used for the water-repellent treatment of insulation materials. SILFOAM® SE 2660 SIMETH.EM is a medium- to high-viscosity antifoam emulsion that finds application in various industries. This silicone fluid emulsion, based on E 900, is exclusively permitted for use as a processing aid in food applications. It is crucial for food producers to ensure that only technically unavoidable traces of SILFOAM® SE 2660 SIMETH.EM are present in the final food product.

Acting as an excellent silane compatibilizer, it bridges inorganic fillers like kaolin, MDH, and ATH with organic polymers such as EPDM, EVA, and PE. In mineral-filled and peroxide-crosslinked cable systems, Dynasylan® 6598 improves mechanical and electrical attributes, especially in moist conditions. With its high boiling start and flash point, it ensures safety, handling ease, and processing advantages. Furthermore, this product emits significantly less hydrolysis ethanol (VOC) compared to monomeric silanes, addressing environmental considerations.

TEGO® Antifoam KS 95 is a self-emulsifying organic antifoam concentrate enhanced with minor amounts of organo-siloxanes for improved efficiency. This antifoam is well-suited for industrial applications, specifically as an anti-foaming agent, and finds utility in various processes including polymerization, wastewater treatment, and suspension polymerization.

TEGO® Antifoam 2263 XP is an emulsion antifoam featuring organo-modified siloxanes. This versatile product falls within the category of CASE ingredients and is specifically known for its function as an anti-foaming agent. It is most commonly applied in the production of waterborne adhesives, specifically in the realm of pressure-sensitive adhesive formulations.

VERSALINK® 130 M is an aliphatic diamine chain extender used in the production of color- or UV-stable polyurea and polyurethane-polyurea hybrid systems. It is particularly beneficial for aliphatic systems that require color or UV-light stability. This chain extender effectively enhances the strength and hardness of the final elastomer or coating.

SIPERNAT® 500 LS is a very finely ground silica with high surface area, low drying loss and particulary high absorbency.

SILFOAM® SE 33 is a medium viscosity silicone defoamer emulsion with a 20% active ingredient content. It is specifically formulated to control foam in aqueous systems. SILFOAM® SE 33 is suitable for use in alkaline and high-temperature applications. This product offers excellent foam knockdown properties and provides longer-lasting prevention of foam reoccurrence compared to many conventional defoamers.

SILESTER® XAR is a ready-to-use, prehydrolyzed ethyl silicate hybrid binder. The solvent used in SILESTER® XAR is a blend of ethanol and 2-propanol. This product is conveniently prepared and can be directly utilized in the production of ceramic slips, ramming mixes, and anticorrosion paints without any further processing steps.

SILFOAM® SC 201 is a 100% active, low-viscosity silicone defoamer compound based on Wacker's innovative polysiloxane and silica technology. It is highly efficient at controlling foam longer than most conventional defoamers in high-alkaline and high-temperature applications. SILFOAM® SC 201 can be used directly to control foam in oil- or solvent-based foaming systems. It can also be easily emulsified into an emulsion for defoaming in aqueous-based foaming systems.

WACKER® FG 350 is a polydimethylsiloxane that is produced through the hydrolysis and polycondensation of dichlorodimethylsilane and chlorotrimethylsilane. The mean kinematic viscosity of WACKER® FG 350 at 25°C is 350mm²/s, determined by the degree of polymerization (n). This product is primarily used to control foam in lipophilic systems, particularly in foods rich in oil or fat, such as deep-frying oil. It is also utilized for surface treatment. Additionally, WACKER® FG 350 serves as a base material for producing antifoams that comply with the regulations for food intended for human consumption.

WACKER® 23167 VP is a nonionic oil-in-water emulsion composed of a polysiloxane with organic alkyl groups. This product finds application in the formulation of release agents used in the thermal molding of rubber, plastics, and low-melting non-ferrous metals. The active ingredient in WACKER® 23167 VP is a modified silicone fluid that combines the advantages of silicone fluids and mineral oils thanks to its unique chemical structure.

GENIOPLAST® Pellet 345 is a soft, highly transparent, thermoplastic elastomeric silicone copolymer. It serves as a processing aid for plastics processing, acting as a polymer additive to improve flow and mechanical properties. Additionally, it functions as a slip additive for bi-oriented Polypropylene films (BOPP).
