WACKER® AK 20000 is a linear, non-reactive polydimethylsiloxane with a viscosity of approximately 20000 mm²/s. SILRES® BS 97 is a water-dilutable, solventless emulsion based on an alkyl silicone resin. It is primarily used for the water-repellent treatment of insulation materials. SILRES® BS 97 is particularly well-suited for the treatment of expanded mineral materials such as vermiculite, perlite, and clay. These materials are commonly used for insulation purposes, and the application of SILRES® BS 97 helps to enhance their water repellency, thereby improving their performance and durability. By treating insulation materials with SILRES® BS 97, you can enhance their ability to repel water, prevent moisture-related issues such as mold growth and deterioration, and improve their overall performance in insulation applications.

GENIOSIL® GF 82 is an epoxy-functional alkoxysilane. It is a clear, colorless liquid with a characteristic odor similar to gasoline. It hydrolyzes slowly in the presence of water, releasing ethanol, and forms silanols that can react with themselves to produce siloxanes or bind to inorganic substrates. The epoxy group on GENIOSIL® GF 82 can undergo a ring-opening reaction with nucleophiles such as alcohols and amines.

Dragonsorb® 3039 is a liquid UV absorber with a stable morphology. It has good compatibility with all common plasticizers. This product is especially suitable for the stabilizers of PVC-P and PVC plastisol. It can also be used in polyurethane (PUR), polyester, polymethacrylate (PMMA), and other materials to improve the weatherability of the materials under UV conditions.

Flyadd® AY3 is a liquid-type blend anti-yellowing agent that can inhibit the yellowing of the polyurethane caused by high-temperature processing. It has excellent ultraviolet absorption performance, which can effectively improve the weatherability of the product and inhibit the yellowing caused by thermal oxygen and ultraviolet light.

Flyadd® AY1 is a color stabilizer and anti-yellowing agent. It is used as a polymer additive for polyurethane and is a highly effective additive for many kinds of dispersed polymer systems. This product has the potential to improve color and heat stability in processing and end applications. 

Flytac 103 - 90 is a slightly yellow, transparent solid made from gum rosin through esterification with glycerol. This product has a high viscosity, low VOC, excellent heat and aging stability, excellent polymer compatibility, etc. Typical Uses EVA, SBS, SIS, and other hot melt adhesives due to their stability and excellent polymer compatibility. It can also be used in construction adhesives, rubber compounding, sealants, coatings, and other applications.

Dragonox® PDP is a liquid-type antioxidant with good color and heat stability. This product is widely used in polyvinyl chloride (PVC), acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), polyurethanes (PU), polycarbonates (PC), and coatings.

Dragonsorb® 320 is a highly effective light stabilizer that features strong UV absorption, low volatility, and excellent compatibility with a variety of substrates. It protects polymers as well as organic pigments from UV radiation, which helps preserve the original appearance and physical integrity of molded articles, films, sheets, and fibers during outdoor weathering. This product is slightly more discoloring than conventional UV absorbers. It can be used for a variety of plastics and other organic substrates, including unsaturated polyesters, PVC, and PVC plastisol. Additionally, good results are expected when this product is used in polycarbonates, polyurethanes, polyamides, and synthetic fibers, particularly those with a polyester, epoxy, or isocyanate resin base.

Dragonox® 323 is an antioxidant with applications in rosin resins, such as penta rosin ester and glycerol rosin ester. Adding 0.2 ~ 0.3% of this product can greatly improve the color of rosin ester by 2 ~ 3 in Gardner measure, and 0.2% of this product will effectively improve the anti-crystallized character of rosin. It also functions as an effective catalyst in disproportionation and can be used as a substitute for platinum and palladium.

ROSECO® BioboostX50 is a bio-compostable thermoplastic starch masterbatch resin derived from tapioca starch and biopolymers. TEGO® CYCLE CP 310 is an organo-modified siloxane that is used as a processing additive, compatibilizer, and for permanent modification of polymer properties. Its use provides several advantages for specific applications. It reduces gelling, resulting in lower failure rates, reduces pressure, increases throughput, and prevents melt fracture and shark skin effect. It also reduces surface roughness. TEGO® CYCLE CP 310 shortens cycle times, prevents cut propagation in oriented tapes and films, and improves mechanical performance, including notched impact strength and elongation at break. It also prevents stress cracking and whitening.

Dynasylan® SIVO 214 is an aminofunctional silane composition with enhanced crosslinking activity. It serves as an adhesion promoter, facilitating bonding between inorganic materials (such as glass, metals, fillers) and organic polymers (including thermosets, thermoplastics, elastomers). Additionally, it functions as a surface modifier and supports chemical modification of various substances.

SIPERNAT® 22 is a hydrophilic, coarse silica combining a high absorptive capacity with a good flowability. It is well suited to transform any type of liquid, including defoamers, into dry, free flowing powder concentrates.

Dynasylan® GLYMO is a bifunctional organosilane, featuring a reactive organic epoxide and hydrolyzable inorganic methoxysilyl groups. SIPERNAT® 22 S is a finely milled, hydrophilic silica. It is primarily used as a free-flow agent in other applications. SIPERNAT® 22 S can also be used in-situ hydrophobized in defoamers. The use of an alkaline catalyst is recommended.

VISIOMER® HEMA-P 100 is a monofunctional methacrylate with a phosphate group in the side chain. It enables superior adhesion to polar surfaces such as metals, glass, ceramics, and concrete. SIPERNAT® 50 S is a hydrophilic, finely milled silica. Besides its application as flow aid and highly effective anticaking agent it also may serve as carrier of especially high absorptive capacity in case particle fineness is required.

SIPERNAT® D 10 is a milled hydrophobic (i.e., not wettable by water) silica. It is used in a great variety of defoamers due to its high effectiveness and ease of dispersion.

AEROXIDE® Alu C 805 is a fine-particulate, fumed aluminum oxide (Al₂O₃) that is highly hydrophobized with an organosilane.

AEROSIL® R 202 is a hydrophobic fumed silica grade, treated with a polydimethylsiloxane. This product can be used in defoamer formulations for sedimentation stabilization and due to its high hydrophobicity as defoaming component.

DABCO® 33 LV is the industry standard tertiary amine catalyst used to promote the gel (polyol-isocyanate) reaction in the production of flexible and rigid foam, as well as CASE applications. It provides strong gel catalysis with high efficiency and serves as a versatile amine catalyst for various foam types.
