MoldWiz® INT-PUL24 - A process aid additive designed specifically for pultrusion. The benefit is to optimize line speed while reducing both pull force and die wear. Improves wet out of fiber, fillers and resin flow while reducing viscosity. Physical properties of the profile are retained or improved. MoldWiz® WB-640ET - A liquid external release agent that dries at room temperature forming a mono-molecular film which adheres by absorption to the mold walls and has no affinity for the resin. This selective adhesion prevents the film from easily being torn off by the demolded part resulting in numerous demoldings per release application without any necessity for washing the mold. Will not interfere with any secondary operations such as decorating, bonding, or painting.

MoldWiz® INT-DLP22E - A process aid additive designed especially for MEKP cured resins, including DCPD. An effective addition of process aid additive will not have any adverse effect on the physical properties of the finished part. Thermoset molded parts may have improved Barcol hardness and better fiber wet-out. The complex polymeric nature of the process aid additive will not interfere with secondary operations such as painting or bonding..

MoldWiz® INT-PS125 - A process aid additive and mold release with anti-static properties which is incorporated directly into the resin eliminating the need for an external mold release agent. Improves resin flow and line speeds. An effective addition of process aid additive will not have any adverse effect on the cured resin. The complex polymeric nature of the process aid additive will not interfere with secondary operations such as decorating, silk screen printing, painting, bonding or plating.

MoldWiz® INT-PUL34 - A liquid internal mold release/process aid additive which is incorporated directly into the resin to provide release from the die in pultrusion processing. Will also: improve line speed; reduce pull force; enhance wetting of reinforcements and fillers; and improve the surface appearance of molded profiles. An effective addition of process aid additive will not have any adverse effect on the cured resin or interfere with secondary operations such as printing, painting or bonding of cured parts. May also be used as an internal mold release in other processes that utilize polyester, vinyl ester and hybrid thermoset resin systems.
