The Hercules Series of extreme pressure industrial gear oil fulfils the requirements of DIN 51517-3 for CLP type gear oils and U.S. Steel 224 performance. The Hercules Series offers good wear protection, safety against scuffing, aging resistance and a high thermal endurance. In addition, the products behave neutral towards conventional seals and bearing metals.

Vulcut is a moderate to heavy duty lubricant formulated for the general machining and sawing of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. The high film strength of Vulcut provides excellent lubrication characteristics without the need of chlorine, sulfur or phosphorous based additives. Based on renewable resources, Vulcut is biodegradable and essentially non-toxic.

Vanishing Oil is designed for light duty blanking, stamping, very shallow draws and fine forming. The light oily film evaporates in 10 to 20 minutes, depending on the environment, leaving a clean surface with virtually no residue. Vanishing oil is compatible with all metals including aluminum, copper, stainless steel, brass, mild steel (1010, 1008) and silicone steel alloys.

Stearocling Way Oils are formulated for the sliding ways of machine tools. They are formulated with high viscosity index base stocks combined with special extreme pressure friction modifiers that yield extremely low values in Cincinnati Milacron’s stick-slip test. As a result these oils are more stable to viscosity fluctuations and are able to overcome the slip-stick commonly associated with slow moving parts. Stearocling Way Oils also contain a package that eliminates the possibility of contamination through emulsification between the coolant and the way lube.

The Pandora Spindle Oil Series, formulated from select high-quality, low viscosity base oils and additives imparting excellent resistance to oxidation and corrosion, were developed specifically for the lubrication of high-speed and precision machine tool spindle bearings. They can also be used in some critical low pressure hydraulic and circulation systems where the appropriate viscosity grade is selected.

Athena is a series of anti-wear hydraulic oils formulated with highly refined paraffinic base oils. They provide excellent anti-wear protection, oxidation and corrosion inhibition as well as foam and aeration suppression. All grades have excellent demulsibility characteristics.

Vuldra

Cuprisan is a unique waste treatable copper complex designed to neutralize odor causing sulfides and reactive cations such as Al+3 and Fe+2. Cuprisan can be added tank-side or formulated into the coolant concentrate to provide long term odor control. Cuprisan works synergistically with biocides. When used with an Isothiazolinone-based microbicide, as little as 20% of the normal dosage is required to attain a complete kill and maintain a controlled fluid. Cuprisan will immediately eliminate and prevent the recurrence of most coolant-borne odors such as the common rotten egg smell and will aid in the stabilization of water-based cutting fluids.

J-Cut NCL-18 is a moderate to heavy duty dual purpose cutting oil developed to machine a wide variety of metals without the need for chlorinated additives. The extreme pressure lubricants are balanced to provide ease of cut with minimal tool wear. An effective anti-mist additive is incorporated into the J-Cut NCL-18 to reduce misting of the cutting oil during high speed machining operations.

Cutrite 3012H is formulated for light to moderate machining and grinding of ferrous metals including cast iron. Utilizing synthetic oils, it was engineered to impart maximum cooling and load carrying characteristics. Cutrite 3012H provides long lasting performance in both individual and central systems.

GHO-5555 is medium viscosity high performance shaving and hobbing oil. GHO-5555 contains an oiliness additive for additional performance, especially on draggy, soft metals. It is designed primarily for gear hobbing, form grinding, and gear cutting where pressurized coolant systems are used.

Olympus 100 is a anti-wear hydraulic oils formulated with polyalphaolephin synthetic oils. It provides excellent anti-wear protection, oxidation and corrosion inhibition as well as foam and aeration suppression. It has excellent demulsibility characteristics. It is formulated to provide outstanding low- and high-temperature performance and equipment protection up to three times longer than comparable conventional products.

Olympus 100

Vulclean FC-5551 is a non-flammable heavy-duty liquid detergent concentrate designed to be diluted with water for general maintenance cleaning. Vulclean FC-5551 is highly recommended for use in the hand cleaning of soiled shop machinery and, because of its fast drying and low foaming characteristics, it is also recommended for use in mechanical floor scrubbing equipment.

Extensive field experience has shown that J-Cut 55 QT gives exceptional production rates and extended tool life. The viscosity is designed to give maximum lubrication combined with the proper cooling and flushing of chips. J-Cut 55 QT does contain active sulfur and should not be used on non-ferrous metals because of staining.
