LIOPUR 2004-140 is a solvent-free, aqueous, aliphatic polyurethane dispersion based on a special polyester. It has good flow behavior and, as a result of its good adhesion combined with elasticity and flexibility, is highly suitable for coating wood. It has applications in furniture coatings, architectural coatings, crafts and hobby, industrial coatings, and other consumer applications.

SYNTHALAT A-TH 1141 is a hydroxyl group containing, high-solid polyester containing acrylic resin. Used in combination with polyisocyanates for air- and ovendrying 2-pack high-solid clear- and pigmented top coats for metals and plastics with high mechanical properties, quick physically drying, high gloss and body, excellent weather- and chemical resistance. < 420 VOC at spray viscosity. It has applications in industrial coatings and in automotive OEM coatings.

SYNTHALAT A 149 HS is a hydroxyl group-containing, high-solid, polyester-containing, acrylic-resin. LIOCRYL AS 610 is an aqueous styrene acrylic emulsion. If it is combined with LIOPUR 2004-119, coatings on plastics with good adhesion properties are possible, though it should be borne in mind that every plastic behaves differently and requires its own formulation. It has applications in industrial coatings, wood coatings and finishes, metal coatings, crafts and hobby, architectural coatings, and other consumer-good applications.

SYNTHALAT A-TS 3392 is a thermoplastic, high-solid acrylic resin. It is recommended for highly elastic, high-solid polyacrylic resin sealants or coatings in the construction sector. It has applications in Craft and hobby, architectural coatings, metal coatings, furniture coatings, wood coatings and finishes, stationary, art, and other office supplies.

LIOCRYL AM 483 is an aqueous, pure acrylic emulsion that is solvent- and plasticiser-free. It is a Melamine oder Polyisocyanate crosslinkable pure acrylic emulsion, neutralized with DMEA. It has applications in automotive OEM coatings, textile manufacturing, leather manufacturing, metal coatings, and industrial coatings.

SYNTHOESTER HD-165 is a polyester containing hydroxyl groups. It is recommended to use it in combination with aliphatic or aromatic polyisocyanates to obtain two-component coatings with low temperature flexibility and good weathering resistance. This can be used to elastify different acrylic resins. It has applications in metal coatings, industrial coatings, coil coatings, wood flooring, and automotive OEM coatings.

LIOCRYL AM 982 is an aqueous, pure acrylic emulsion. This dispersion is especially recommended for formulating paints for plastic components such as hi-fi cabinets. It has excellent chemical resistance. It has applications in wood flooring, automotive OEM coatings, industrial coatings, furniture coatings, and wood coatings and finishes.

LIOCRYL AS 615 is an aqueous styrene acrylic emulsion. It is a styrene acrylic emulsion for use in primers and top coats for metal and other substrates. The emulsion contains no alkylphenol ethoxylates (APEO's), and it is solvent- and plasticiser-free. It has applications in primers and lacquers, marine coatings, Craft and hobby, architectural coatings, furniture coatings, marine transportation, and also in wood flooring.

SYNTHOLUX BW 2223 is a radiation-curing, tin-free UV-dispersion with good mattability and excellent chemical resistance. It is suitable for waterborne wood application and has very good matting behavior. This product can be used for clear and pigmented coatings. It has applications in furniture coatings, industrial coatings, wood flooring, other packaging, and paper applications.

SYNTHOLUX 432 PAA is a radition-curing, amine-modified, low-viscosity polyether acrylate. It is recommended to use it as a sole, highly reactive binder or together with other radiation-curing binders to increase flexibility. It has applications in industrial coatings, furniture coatings, wood flooring, automotive OEM coatings, and other printing applications. 

LIOPUR PFL 1964 is an aqueous, aliphatic polyurethane dispersion based on polycarbonate. After air-drying, film coatings based on this product form soft and elastic films. This product is suitable as a sole binder and in combination with elastic hydroxy-polyesters or polyurethane dispersions as a 2-pack system for soft-feeling and decor paints. It has applications in automotive OEM coatings and industrial coatings.

SYNTHOESTER W 142 is a waterborne, cyclo-aliphatic polyester resin containing hydroxyl groups. It is recommended to use 1 and 2 pack waterborne coatings crosslinkable with hydrophobic melamine resins for oven-drying topcoats above 110°C on metal and glass substrates and with polyisocyanates for air- and forced-drying top coats on metal, glass, wood, and plastic substrates with very good adhesion, high mechanical values, weathering, and chemical resistance. It has applications in metal coatings, industrial coatings, and automotive OEM coatings.

SYNTHOLUX 1014 W is an aqueous, aliphatic polyurethane dispersion that is physically drying and UV-curable. It does not contain emulsifiers or co-solvents. It is recommended to use it as a coating for wooden substrates that show high elasticity and good chemical resistance. It has applications in industrial coatings, furniture coatings, wood flooring, other packaging, and paper applications.

SYNTHALAT A-HD 8199 is a polyisocyanate-curing high-solids acrylic resin. It is used as a 2-pack-high solids furniture topcoat with an initial gloss. It has applications in metal coatings, wood flooring, industrial coatings, furniture coatings, wood coatings, and finishes.

LIOCRYL XAM 2827 is an aqueous, self-crosslinking pure acrylic emulsion that is solvent- and plasticiser-free. It is a self-crosslinking pure acrylic emulsion with a high crosslinking degree. It is particularly suitable for the formulation of 1C wood coatings, especially in combination with appropriate Liopur polyurethane dispersions. It has applications in industrial coatings, wood flooring, wood coatings, and finishes.

SYNTHOESTER 1179 is a highly elastic, hydroxyl group-containing polyester. It is recommended to use it in combination with suitable isocyanates for so called soft feeling paints. It has applications in industrial coatings, coil coatings, automotive OEM coatings, metal coatings, and can coatings.

SYNTHALAT A 060 is an acrylic resin cross-linked with polyisocyanate. Used in combination with aliphatic polyisocyanates for air- and stove-drying two-component coatings for industrial paints with good flexibility, adhesion, and resistance to weathering. SYNTHALAT A 045 is an acrylic resin cross-linked with polyisocyanate. It is primarily used in combination with aliphatic polyisocyanates for air- and stove-drying coatings for metals and plastics. This product is recommended as a physically drying sole binder, mainly for plastic and metal substrates with fast drying and good petrol resistance. SYNTHALAT A 397 is an air-drying alkyd-modified acrylic resin. It is used for fast-drying industrial coatings with good weathering resistance, for air drying, and for forced stove drying. It has applications in industrial coatings and metal coatings.

SYNTHOESTER TS 2245 is a siloxane-modified, cycloaliphatic, hydroxyfunctional, high-solid polyester resin. LIOPUR PFL 1154 is an aqueous, aliphatic polyurethane dispersion based on a polyester/polycarbonate combination. After air-drying, film coatings based on this one are transparent films that are tack-free and exhibit good surface hardness. It has applications in furniture coatings, architectural coatings, wood coatings and finishes, and industrial coatings.

LIOCRYL AS 640 is an aqueous hydroxyfunctional acrylic emulsion, solvent- and plasticiser-free. It is suitable for the formulation of fast-drying aqueous 2-pack top coats with high gloss and good chemical resistance. The emulsion requires the addition of coalescents for proper film formation. The emulsion film can have a slightly structured surface. It has applications in metal coatings, automotive OEM coatings, wood flooring, wood coatings, and furnishings.

LIOPUR PFL 2315 is an aqueous, aliphatic polyurethane dispersion based on a polyester/polycarbonate combination that is solvent- and TEA-free. SYNTHALAT A-TS 4399 is a polyisocyanate crosslinkable high-solid acrylic resin. It is recommended to use it with aliphatic polyisocyanates for 2-pack soft-feeling coatings. Also with other acrylics and aliphatic polyisocyanates as elastifiers for air- and overdrying 2 packs top coats, pigmented and clear with high elasticity, chemical-, petrol-, and weather resistance for vehicle coatings. SYNTHOESTER 215 HS is a hydroxyl group containing, high solid polyester resin. It is recommended to use it in combination with melamine resins and CAB for base coat enamels. It is also used with aliphatic polyisocyanates for air- and oven-drying 2-pack high-solid laquers and fillers with high mechanical properties, high gloss and body, and very good chemical and weather resistance. SYNTHOESTER TS 1713 is a hydroxyl group-containing, high-solid polyester resin. It is recommended to use it with melamine resins and CAB for base-coat enamels. SYNTHALAT A 1633 is an acrylic resin cross-linked with polyisocyanate. It is used in combination with aromatic and aliphatic polyisocyanates for fast-drying 2-component polyurethane coatings, particularly for coating furniture. It is a fast-drying polymethacrylate that permits the manufacture of very quick-drying 2-component coating systems. SYNTHOLUX 271 UA is a radiation-curing, aliphatic urethane acrylate dissolved in a reactive thinner. It is recommended to use it as a coating wood and paper. It can also be used as a sole binder or together with other radiation-curing binders to increase flexibility. It has applications in wood flooring, industrial coatings, furniture coatings, other packaging, and paper applications.

SYNTHALAT A 147 HS is a hydroxyl group containing polyester and acrylic resin. Used in combination with polyisocyanates for air- and ovendrying 2-pack high-solid clear- and pigmented top coats for metals and plastics with high mechanical properties, high gloss and body, good weather- and chemical resistance.

SYNTHOESTER 1018 is a highly branched, saturated polyester containing hydroxyl groups, modified with a low-molecular-weight fatty acid. Used in combination with aliphatic or aromatic polyisocyanates, air- and stove-drying two-component coatings have good weathering resistance. The main application of this product is in the furniture field with the Desmodur combination. It has applications in industrial coatings and metal coatings.
