Ebalta LH 22 / GL is an epoxy laminating resin, which, depending on its application, can be used with the slow GL hardener or the faster GR hardener. They distinguish by minimal physiolgical effects. Regarding dimensional accuracy and –stability, laminates made of ebalta LH 22, even come up to great demands. Due to its long potlife ebalta LH 22/GL is especially suitable for large-area and thick laminates, which also with a thickness of more than 10 mm, applied in one step, cure without any shrinkage at room temperature.

ebalta AH 120/ TL-1 is a very thin liquid epoxy resin with high values of strength and dimensional stability. Due to its good impregnating and wetting properties it is suitable as laminating resin for high-strength components with fabrics of glass –or carbon fiber. ebalta AH 120/ TL-1 is suitable for laminating of thin as well as thick laminates with large surface up to a thickness of 10 mm. Mechnical properties basing on test pieces being postcured for 8 hrs. at 80°C Demoulding depending on layer thickness, geometry and room temperature. Check for individual case. Postcuring before demoulding of laminates, if possible.

Ebalta AH 140 / TC 60 is a temperature resistant laminating resin.

Ebalta AH 140 / LI 130-2 is a general purpose resin.

ebalta 120/GL is a very low-viscous two-component epoxy resin with high strength values and fast curing. Due to its good soaking and wetting characteristics, this resin/hardener mixture is most suitable for solid parts with fabrics made of glass or carbon fibers. AH 120/GL is suitable as laminating resin for both large area- and thick laminates. Due to its almost odorless and skin-friendly GL hardener it is most suitable as laminating resin. With a mixing ratio of 100:40 you reach an about 15°C higher TG, slightly stiffer laminates as well as better impact resistance. The laminate thickness should not exceed 6-7 mm.

Ebalta AH 120 / TGL is a very thin liquid epoxy resin with high values of strength and dimensional stability. Due to its good impregnating and wetting properties it is suitable as laminating resin for high-strength components with fabrics of glass –or carbon fiber. ebalta AH 120/TGL is suitable for laminating of thin as well as thick laminates with large surface up to a thickness of 8 mm. A post-curing should be executed, if possible before demoulding.

This product is a Polyurethane system If the product is cured at room temperature, no entire chemical and mechanical load before 7 days after curing.

Ebalta MG 707 / Z 400 is a 2-components polyurethane material, which is cured thermically and used for prototypes. The four mentioned formulations differ in being filled or non-filled and their mechanical properties. The B-components Z 400 (potlife 8-12 min.) and Z 460 (potlife 60-70 min.) are identical and can be mixed with each other to control the reactivity, e.g. potlife. These combinations of Z 400 and Z 460 comp. B can be made any way as long as the totally required quantity of comp. B is observed (for each system). The total amount of Z 400 and Z 460 always has to be 30 g for 100 g comp. A

Due to its very good impregnating and wetting properties it is suitable as laminating resin for high-strength components with fabrics of glass –or carbon fiber. Especially for thin laminates, a post-curing of 16 hours at 80°C, after curing at room temperature, is essential in order to guarantee a complete curing. Otherwise the non post-cured laminate will be brittle and the adhesion of the layers with each other will not be sufficient.

Ebalta LH 25 / Resin+Hardener is a light-filled two-components epoxy resin, meeting the requirements of flammability classification S4, smoke emission classification SR-2, drooling classification ST-2 as well as test of toxicity of smoke gasses of material and assembly parts of trail vehicules, according to DIN 5510-2. Regarding dimensional accuracy and –stability, laminates made of ebalta LH 25, even come up to great demands.

Ebalta AH 150 / IP 25 is a very low-viscosity two-component epoxy resin with high strength and high dimensional stability. Due to its good soaking and wetting properties the resin/hardener mixture is suitable for infusion and laminating of solid parts with glass or carbon fibers. The hardeners IP 25, IP 55 as well as IP 430 can be mixed with each other thus reaching pot life between 10 min. and 430 min. Please ask for our mixing table IP 25/IP 430. ebalta AH 150/IP 25 is suitable for infusions with a flow distance up to approx. 450 mm as well as for laminating thin and largearea laminates up to 3 mm thickness.

This product is a polyurethane system. "VP"-products are experimental products. Regarding technical data slight modifications are possible.

The product is a Polyurethane system. For improving of the flow characteristics, GM 973 can be preheated to approx. 30°C. The final strength is achieved at room temperature after approx. 3-5 days. By post-curing at 80°C for 5 hours the stated values are achieved in short time. Parts / molds must not be cast with addition curing silicone, since this might lead to faulty reactions when curing the silicone.

The hardeners IP 25, IP 55 as well as IP 430 can be mixed with each other thus reaching pot life between 10 min. and 430 min. Please ask for our mixing table IP 25/IP 430. ebalta AH 150/IP 430 is suitable for infusions with a flow distance of more than over 1000 mm as well as for laminating thin and large-area laminates up to approx. 18 mm thickness.
