Glyptal® G7635 is an excellent rust-inhibiting outdoor/indoor flow coat primer for metal surfaces such as transformer tanks, switchgear cabinets, machinery, etc. Absence of lead pigments permit the welding of G7635-coated steel. Primer should be followed with a topcoat to suit exposure.

Glyptal® 2142GN is a fast-drying thermoplastic adhesive which bonds a wide variety of materials. This cement gives strong, durable bonds which have excellent resistance to oil, gasoline, and moisture. Its fast dry time combined with its good dielectric strength make 2142 an excellent general purpose adhesive for many electrical and non-electrical applications. 2142 is compatible when dry with a wide variety of materials including those generally found in electrical equipment such as cotton, Dacron, polyester fiber, nylon, glass tapes, laminates, slot wedges, mylar, polyester film, mica products, polyester products, vinyl products, wire enamels, paints, rayon, plastics, and metals.

Glyptal® C1800 is designed as a quick-dry, high viscosity gasket seal. The C-1800 red enamel is an excellent protective coating suitable for almost all types of equipment where oil, moisture, and acid resistance as well as good weatherability are desired. It has superior thermal resistance. C-1800 is also very useful in a variety of pipe-thread compound, gasket adhesive, vacuum system sealer, etc.

Glyptal® 9921 Green Conducting Paint was designed for equalizing voltage stress on electrical insulation surfaces to prevent or decrease corona damage.

Glyptal® 1201A is a aerosol-spray version of 1201 is packed for con-venience and greater econonomy in a large, 361-gram can. Pressurant is non-fluorocarbon.

Glyptal® 880 is a thermoplastic shellac adhesive designed for bonding gaskets and used wherever excellent oil resistance is required, that is transformers, etc.

Glyptal® 1201B is a modified 1201, having greater viscosity and designed for use in applications where a heavier film is required for thread sealing gasket; may be used in vacuum atmospheres.

Glyptal® CE387 is an air-dry epoxy enamel designed to give maximum durability and a high degree of chemical resistance. Because of the durability and chemical resistance, this product is well suited for use as a machinery enamel where resistance to oil, coolants, and other corrosive agents is essential. CE-387 provides excellent adhesion to cleaned steel surfaces. CE-387 is ideally suited for all interior surfaces where maximum durability is required. Often used on windings.

Glyptal® C1149 is an air-drying, 2-part epoxy enamel designed to give maximum durability and a high degree of chemical resistance. Because of this durability and chemical resistance, this product is well-suited for use as a machinery enamel where resistance to oil, coolants, and other corrosive agents is essential. This product provides excellent adhesion to cleaned steel surfaces and may be used as a primer, intermediate, and/or topcoat.

Glyptal® 7815 GLOSS BLACK ENAMEL is a fast air-drying or low-temperature bake finish. This product is designed for use as a black, gloss finish coat on motor end windings and electrical equipment. This paint is compatible with most insulating systems. It has excellent oil, humidity and weather resistance. 7815 can be used in areas where some exterior durability is required along with fast-drying properties.

Glyptal® G-7526F ADHESIVE is a general purpose adhesive that provides fungicide resistant properties. This material may be used for tamper proof applications over screws, etc. For any particular application, customers should make their own laboratory or factory trials.

Glyptal® 1201 is excellent as a general purpose paint. Available in quarts, gallon, 5 gallon pails and drum containers ready for brushing. May be thinned for spray applications.

Glyptal® 1209 BLACK ENAMEL is an air drying or baking gloss interior enamel which was designed for its resistance properties as well as being a protective and decorating coating for electrical equipment. It is similar to Glyptal® 1201 RED and will give very good oil resistance and good salt spray resistance as well as excellent non-tracking and arc resistance.

Glyptal® 74004 is designed to give maximum durability and resistance; used on industrial equipment exposed to oils, coolants and other corrosive agents; frequently used on large end windings.

Glyptal® 8001 is a red, insulating enamel that can be air-dried or baked. Films of this paint have excellent humidity and salt water resistance as well as dielectric strength. Glyptal® 8001 Red offers good heat aging properties and oil resistance. This paint is not suitable for the inside coating of dielectric oil containers.

Glyptal® CE237 is an air-drying or baking enamel. This material has very good oil, chemical, and corrosion resistance. It offers a tough durable film along with excellent arc resistance.

Glyptal® 1202 INSULATING VARNISH is a clear air-drying , insulating, and finishing varnish designed for applications where oil, moisture, and acid-resistant coatings are desired. This fast-drying, synthetic-resin-type varnish is often used as a final coat over other varnishes, giving a hard, glossy protective coating. Glyptal® 1202 Varnish has excellent heat resistance and will operate as a finish coat at temperatures up to 145 ºC on an apparatus that is not flexed. Although primarily an airdrying varnish, the oil, moisture, acid, and salt water resistance are greatly improved by baking. Glyptal® 1202 has excellent adhesion to most materials. It has excellent dip tank stability where the proper thinners are used.

Glyptal® 1201 Light Blue meets MIL-E22118. It is used for coils, armatures and other electrical apparatus. Also used as a primer, sealer for screws, pipes, vacuum systems and hydraulic fluid chambers.

Glyptal® 1276 LACQUER CEMENT is transparent, flexible, water, and oil resistant and has exceptional adhesive properties.

Glyptal® 7920 PEARL GRAY PRIMER has been designed as a fast air-drying primer for use on metal. This primer has excellent oil and humidity resistance and is recommended as a primer coat under enamels and lacquers.

Glyptal® 9620 INSULATING VARNISH is a clear air-drying , insulating, and finishing varnish designed for applications where oil, moisture, and acid-resistant coatings are desired. Glyptal® C1968 is designed to be used where excellent functional properties are a must. Its excellent resistance to topcoat lifting extends its use into areas where excellent exterior topcoats (2-package urethanes) are needed.
