MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PP-B A 2020/157 GF20 CP is a polypropylene heterophasic copolymer containing 20% glass fibers that is chemically coupled, processing stabilized, easy to release (demolding), and heat stabilized. It is typically used in building and construction for exterior parts such as air ducts and functional components. For optimal results, pre-drying conditions should be done in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 80-120°C for 2-3 h or in an air circulating dryer at 80-120°C for 2-4 h. For injection molding, the melt temperature should be set to 200-250°C and the mold temperature should be set to 20-70°C.
