MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ABS A 1000/206 is a base polymer acrylonitrile/butadiene/styrene/copolymer used in various market segments for injection molded parts. For pre-drying, conditions should be 80°C in an air circulating dryer for 3-6 hours and 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-4 hours, depending on moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of less than 0.20%. For processing, injection molding requires a melt temperature of 200-240°C and a mold temperature of 50-80°C.
