MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PC A 2020/500 is a heat-stabilized, injection-molding grade polycarbonate with 20% glass fibers. It should be pre-dried in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at temperatures of 100-120°C for 2-3 hours, or in an air circulating dryer at temperatures of 100-120°C for 4-12 hours, depending on the moisture content (which should not exceed 0.02%). The melt temperature for injection-molding should be between 310-330°C, with a mold temperature of 80-130°C. This product is suitable for various applications and market segments and should be stored in a cool, dry place and protected from light, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C.
