MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PP-H A 2020/100 GF20 is a polypropylene homopolymer with 20% glass fibers, offering easy release (demolding), slip agent, and heat stabilized properties. It is suitable for furniture and various injection molded parts applications. Pre-drying conditions should include drying in an air circulating dryer at 80-120°C for 2-4 hours and in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 80-120°C for 2-3 hours. For injection molding, the melt temperature should be between 200-250°C and the mold temperature should be between 20-70°C. Additionally, the material should be stored dry and in a place where the temperature does not exceed 30°C and is protected from light.
