WIC PA6 15 BK is a polyamide 6 base polymer with 15% carbon fiber filler, in black color, specially formulated to have medium viscosity and heat aging stabilized features. It is used in the automotive and sport market segment. Pre-drying conditions are 80°C in a dry-air dryer for 2-8 hours, depending on the moisture content of 0.12% maximum moisture content. Processing conditions are injection molding, with a melt temperature of 250-270°C and a mold temperature of 60-100°C. Under certain conditions, increased thermal conductivity should be taken into consideration.
