WIC PA6 15 BK IM is a heat aging stabilized, impact modified Polyamide 6 base polymer with 15% carbon fiber filler in black color, suitable for Automotive and Sport market segments. Its pre-drying conditions are 80°C in a dry-air dryer for 2-8h, depending on moisture content up to 0.12% max. moisture content. The processing conditions are injection molding with melt temperature 250-270°C and mold temperature between 60-100°C. The increased thermal conductivity must be considered under certain conditions. It should be stored in a dry, light-protected environment and used within six months after opening the package.
