WIC PA6 30 N is a heat-aging stabilized polyamide 6 base polymer filled with 30% carbon fiber and is natural (carbon optic) in color. It is suitable for injection molding, with a melt temperature of 250-270°C and a mold temperature of 60-100°C. Pre-drying conditions require the material to be dried in an air circulating dryer for 2-8 hours at 80°C, depending on the moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of 0.12%. Additionally, under certain conditions, the increased thermal conductivity should be taken into consideration. This material is used in the automotive and sport markets.
