WIC PP 30 BK LE2 is a black polypropylene composite with 30% carbon fiber filler, designed for injection molding in the automotive and sports industries. Prior to processing, it is recommended to pre-dry the material at 80°C for 2-4 hours, depending on the moisture content—which should be no higher than 0.10%. The injection molding process requires a melt temperature of 210-260°C and a mold temperature of 30-60°C, taking into account the material's increased thermal conductivity under certain conditions. This composite also features low emission, heat age stabilization, and UV stabilization.
