WIC PP 30 N is a natural (carbon-optic) material with heat-age stabilization properties intended for use in automotive and sports applications. The base polymer is polypropylene, and it contains 30% carbon fiber as a filler. Prior to processing via injection molding, the material must be pre-dried at 80°C for 2-4 hours, depending on its moisture content, which should not exceed 0.10%. During injection molding, the material should be melted at temperatures ranging from 210 to 260°C, and the mold temperature should range from 30 to 60°C.
