WIC PP 40 BKD is a deep black material with heat-age stabilization properties intended for use in automotive and sports applications. The base polymer is polypropylene and it contains 40% carbon fiber as a filler. Prior to processing via injection molding, the material must be pre-dried at 80°C for 2-4 hours, depending on its moisture content, which should not exceed 0.10%. During injection molding, the material should be melted at temperatures ranging from 210 to 260°C, with a mold temperature between 30 and 60°C.
