MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® MED PS 1000 AS 14115 has a minimum shelf life of 24 months. It is based on a polystyrene impact polymer and contains an antistatic and permanent filler/additive system. It is designed for medical and personal care applications such as housings and is processed by injection molding with a melt temperature of 180-260°C and a mold temperature of 10-70°C. To ensure optimal performance, pre-drying conditions should be conducted in an air circulating dryer at 60-80°C for 2-3 h or in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 60-80°C for 2-3 h, depending on moisture content.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ECO PA6 3230/100 GB20 GF10 is a polyamide 6 base polymer with a filler/additive system consisting of 20% glass beads and 10% glass fibers, which provides low warpage, heat stabilization, and fast solidifying properties. It is recommended to pre-dry the material at 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-12 hours, depending on moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of 0.15%. For processing injection molding, the melt temperature should be between 270-290°C and the mold temperature should be between 80-100°C. WIC PP 15 N is a base polymer of Polypropylene reinforced with 15% carbon fiber in natural (carbon optic) color. It features heat aging stabilization, making it suitable for automotive, sport and other markets. The pre-drying conditions require it to be heated to 80°C in an air circulating dryer for 2-4h, dependent on the moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of 0.10%. It has been impact modified, fast solidifying, has easy demolding and is UV and processing stabilized. It is suitable for injection molding with a melt temperature of 250-270°C and a mold temperature of 40-80°C and is used in the automotive, machinery, building and construction and sport and leisure market segments. Typical applications include functional components and it should be stored dry, protected from light and not above 30°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PP-B A 2020/157 GF20 CP is a polypropylene heterophasic copolymer containing 20% glass fibers that is chemically coupled, processing stabilized, easy to release (demolding), and heat stabilized. It is typically used in building and construction for exterior parts such as air ducts and functional components. For optimal results, pre-drying conditions should be done in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 80-120°C for 2-3 h or in an air circulating dryer at 80-120°C for 2-4 h. WIC PA6 15 BK IM is a heat aging stabilized, impact modified Polyamide 6 base polymer with 15% carbon fiber filler in black color, suitable for Automotive and Sport market segments. Its pre-drying conditions are 80°C in a dry-air dryer for 2-8h, depending on moisture content up to 0.12% max. moisture content. The processing conditions are injection molding with melt temperature 250-270°C and mold temperature between 60-100°C. The increased thermal conductivity must be considered under certain conditions. It should be stored in a dry, light-protected environment and used within six months after opening the package.
