MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PP 620/8 GF30 PTFE15 is a heat-stabilized polypropylene homopolymer with a 30% glass fiber and 15% PTFE filler/additive system. It is used in the automotive and machinery market segments for various applications and should be pre-dried either in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 80-100°C for 2-3 hours or in an air circulating dryer at 80-100°C for 2-4 hours, depending on the moisture content. Processing should be done with a melt temperature of 200-270°C and a mold temperature of 29-90°C.
