MOCOM Compounds TEDUR® L 9903-1 is a base polymer composed of Polyphenylene Sulfide and 70% special filler, with special features of increased thermal conductivity, electrostatic dissipation, high density, and magnetisability. It is suitable for pre-drying conditions in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at a temperature of 130-140°C for 2-4 hours, depending on moisture content and processing injection molding with a melt temperature of 320-340°C and a mold temperature greater than 140°C. This product is suitable for the automotive, machinery, electrical, and electronic market segments and is typically used for applications such as coil formers/bobbins. It is an ideal choice for high-heat applications.
