PERMABOND® PT328 is a 2-part, room temperature curing polyurethane adhesive. It is ideal for use on a wide variety of substrate materials including metals, plastics and composites. Its long pot life makes it suitable for covering large areas. It has excellent environmental and chemical resistance.

PERMABOND® ES562 is a single-part epoxy adhesive which flows like solder when heated during curing. The adhesive has excellent adhesion to metal surfaces and composites. The high bond strength of this adhesive allows it to replace mechanical fastening, soldering or brazing. The adhesive’s low viscosity is such that it self-levels.

PERMABOND® TA437 is a single component structural acrylic adhesive designed primarily for bonding metals, ferrites and ceramics. The typical fixture time of TA437 when used with Initiator 41 is 20-30 seconds. The fast fixture time of TA437 makes it an ideal adhesive for high speed production lines. When the use of the activator is not desirable, the material will cure anaerobically in a close-fitting joint / in presence of metal, the fixture time will be 5-10 minutes. This product provides high strength, tough, durable bonds with good impact resistance.

PERMABOND® ES569 is a single-part heat cured epoxy adhesive with excellent adhesion to metal surfaces as well as composite materials. The high bond strength of this adhesive allows it to replace mechanical fastening, soldering, brazing or welding. ES569 has been designed to be non-sagging, allowing the product to be used in large gaps and on vertical surfaces. It is also ideal for bonding electronic components as it has high wet strength and is non-stringing and produces an excellent drop profile as well as withstanding solder reflow processes.

PERMABOND® ET500 is a two-part fast-setting epoxy adhesive which bonds to a wide variety of substrates such as wood, metal, ceramics and some plastics and composites. It cures rapidly at room temperature to give handling strength in approximately 5 minutes. This product is ideal for general purpose bonding. It is typically used for small component assembly and is suitable for applications that require a clear bond line.

PERMABOND® ET5393 is a 1:1 mixable epoxy adhesive. It is fully toughened and ideal for structural applications exposed impact and vibration stresses. It is ideal for bonding different materials where differential thermal expansion is anticipated. ET5393 can be used to bond a wide variety of materials including plastics, composites and metals – in particular, stainless steel. Unlike many other epoxies, ET5393 is less affected by low temperatures during cure and exhibits a reliable cure in colder conditions.

PERMABOND® TA4246 is a 2-part, no-mix, room temperature curing structural adhesive. It is ideal for use on a wide variety of substrate materials and forms a very high strength structural bond with excellent environmental durability and chemical resistance. It has high peel strength and excellent impact resistance and can be used to replace rivets or welding to give a more lightweight, durable assembly. Use with Permabond® Initiator 46.

PERMABOND® TA459 is a structural acrylic adhesive designed primarily for bonding metals, ferrites, ceramics and some thermoplastics. This product was specifically designed to be non-corrosive to sensitive copper parts or other electrically conductive surfaces. The fast curing rate and rapid strength development of this material allows for increased production rate.

PERMABOND® TA452 is a low-odor 2-part, 1:1 toughened acrylic adhesive. It can be used to bond a wide variety of materials including metals, plastics, GRP, ceramics, wood and other substrates. It is convenient to use in an easy-to-dispense cartridge with mixing nozzle or can be applied bead-on-bead* without static mixer.

PERMABOND® TA436 is a structural acrylic adhesive designed primarily for bonding metals, ferrites, ceramics and some thermoplastics. Permabond TA436 is a no-mix system which obtains handling strength 1-3 minutes when the adhesive and the Initiator 43 come in contact. Permabond TA436 offers high shear and impact resistant bonds and improved high temperature resistance.
