VINNAPAS® 401 is a vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer dispersion stabilized with polyvinyl alcohol and has a glass transition temperature (Tg) of -15 °C. It is specifically formulated to provide easy clean-up, extended open time, and exceptional film flexibility. VINNAPAS® 401 is commonly used as a base for adhesives, offering a well-rounded combination of excellent wet tack, fast setting, strong adhesion, and heat resistance.

VINNAPAS® EP 1400 is a vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer dispersion stabilized with polyvinyl alcohol. It has a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 0 °C. This high-performance polymer dispersion serves as a cost-competitive alternative for formulating waterborne adhesives, replacing plasticized vinyl-acetate homopolymer packaging adhesives, high wet tack, low solids poly(vinyl alcohol), and dextrin/starch-based adhesives. It is suitable for various adhesive applications, including conventional non-contact extrusion-applied adhesive systems.

VINNAPAS® 315 is a vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer dispersion stabilized with polyvinyl alcohol. It possesses a glass transition temperature (Tg) of +17 °C, which contributes to its exceptional heat resistance and high tensile strength. Specifically formulated as a base for high-speed packaging adhesives, VINNAPAS® 315 demonstrates remarkable wet tack and thickening responses. VINNAPAS® EP 400 is an aqueous, plasticizer-free polymer dispersion produced from the monomers vinyl acetate and ethylene. It exhibits good adhesion to various plastic surfaces, resulting in permanently flexible adhesive joints with high cohesion. It is suitable for a range of applications, including adhesives for paper packaging and PVC furniture foil adhesives.

VINNAPAS® EP 4600 is a vinyl acetate-ethylene (VAE) copolymer dispersion stabilized with polyvinyl alcohol. It possesses a glass transition temperature (Tg) of +5°C. This dispersion was specifically formulated to have a low viscosity and high solids content, allowing it to accommodate high levels of fillers.

VINNAPAS® EP 707K (ULS) offers excellent elongation, water resistance, and flexibility. It features the fastest setting speed among the VINNAPAS® EP product lines. Thanks to its low viscosity and rapid setting speed, VINNAPAS® EP 707K (ULS) is highly suitable for high-speed packaging machine applications.

WACKER® Crosslinker V 58 is a hydrogenpolysiloxane that contains reactive Si-H groups. It offers excellent cure properties, allowing for low platinum concentration and low temperature cure. This crosslinker provides good release stability, ensuring consistent performance over time. It also demonstrates good anchorage, which may vary depending on the substrates used.

VINNAPAS® EN 421 is an aqueous, self-crosslinking copolymer dispersion of vinyl acetate and ethylene, manufactured without the use of alkyl phenol ethoxylate (APEO)-based materials. It is particularly suitable for formulating heat-curing or self-curing adhesives. This dispersion offers the softness and flexibility typical of a vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer adhesive base.

DEHESIVE® 944 is a solvent-based, addition-crosslinkable silicone recommended for use as a release coating. It offers excellent release stability, medium release at low peel speeds, excellent bath life, and excellent anchorage to a wide variety of substrates. It can be used for coating polyester films (PET), papers, and PE-laminated papers.

SILRES® REN 50 is a medium-hard methyl phenyl silicone resin available as a 50 wt.% solution in xylene-butanol (9:1). It is primarily employed as a binder for heat-resistant, anticorrosive coatings. Additionally, SILRES® REN 50 finds extensive use as a binder in various coating applications. It offers exceptional heat resistance and weatherability, ensuring optimal performance in demanding environments. Furthermore, it exhibits fast drying characteristics, forming a tack-free film at ambient temperature.

DEHESIVE® SF 201 AMA® is a solvent-free, addition-curing silicone fluid. It is designed for release applications and is applied with additional components on paper and filmic substrates. The fast cure properties of DEHESIVE® SF 201 AMA® allow for use with temperature-sensitive substrates or comparatively low platinum levels at standard conditions.

SILRES® 64558 VP is a toluene-based, ready-to-use formulation based on polysiloxanes and silicone resins. The product is preferably used as a binder in highly flexible composite tapes or as an intermediate to manufacture silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) formulations. In composite tapes, SILRES® 64558 VP contributes to the tapes' excellent electrical insulation properties and outstanding long-term heat resistance. Besides, composite tapes made with SILRES® 64558 VP are highly stable against environmental impacts such as moisture, pollutants, and UV light, allowing them to be exposed continuously to constantly changing climatic conditions or UV radiation.

WACKER® Crosslinker V 90 is a solvent-free hydrogenpolysiloxane containing reactive Si-H groups. It is known for its fast curing properties, good release stability, and excellent anchorage to a wide variety of substrates. The fast-curing properties of WACKER® Crosslinker V 90 also enable the use of a low platinum concentration.

VINNAPAS® EP 705A (ULS) is a vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer specifically designed as a base polymer for high-performance adhesives. It is produced without using formaldehyde donors. The low viscosity of VINNAPAS® EP 705A (ULS) and its excellent Newtonian flow behavior make it well-suited for high-speed packaging machines.

VINNAPAS® 320 KR (ULS) is a vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer that offers versatility to formulators in the compounding of water-resistant and high-speed packaging adhesives. It provides good adhesion to a wide range of plastic surfaces and forms permanently flexible adhesive joints with high cohesion.

Additionally, it offers good adhesion to various plastic surfaces, allowing for the creation of permanently flexible adhesive joints with high cohesion.

VINNAPAS® EP 724 is a vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer dispersion with a glass transition temperature of approximately +19°C, which is the highest among the VINNAPAS® EP product lines. It possesses exceptional cohesive strength (heat resistance) and tensile strength. The dried film formed by VINNAPAS® EP 724 is more flexible than PVAc polymer while maintaining good tensile strength and high creep resistance. Furthermore, the dried film exhibits low levels of tack.

VINNAPAS® EP 701K is a polymer dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene. It offers excellent elongation, water resistance, and flexibility. This dispersion also demonstrates outstanding adhesion to various plastic surfaces, resulting in permanently flexible adhesive joints and high adhesion.

VINNAPAS® EP 706K (NJG) is a high-viscosity vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer dispersion with low formaldehyde and low free VAM residue. VINNAPAS® 400 EN-Test is a poly(vinyl alcohol) stabilized vinyl acetate-ethylene (VAE) copolymer dispersion with a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 0°C. It was developed as a high-performance dispersion offering a superior balance of adhesive and cohesive properties useful in an extremely wide variety of applications.

VINNAPAS® 323 is a vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer dispersion stabilized with polyvinyl alcohol and has a glass transition temperature (Tg) of +23 °C. It is specifically developed as a fast-setting and high-heat-resistant dispersion, offering compatibility with fully hydrolyzed PVOH. VINNAPAS® 323 is designed as a base for high-speed packaging applications. It demonstrates excellent wet tack, fast setting properties, and a moderate response to plasticizer thickening.

DEHESIVE® 929 is a solvent-free, addition-curing silicone fluid designed for release applications. This product has good curing properties, very good flow properties and coverage, an extremely stable release, excellent bath life, and excellent long-term anchorage to a wide variety of substrates.

VINNAPAS® 400 H is a poly(vinyl alcohol)-stabilized vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer dispersion with a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 0°C. It was developed as a higher-viscosity, high-performance dispersion offering a superior balance of adhesive and cohesive properties useful in achieving much higher formulation viscosities.

VINNAPAS® EP 710 is a high-viscosity vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer dispersion that is characterized by its low formaldehyde and low free VAM residue content. It exhibits good machinability and strong wet tack. VINNAPAS® EP 710 provides enhanced adhesion to films, particularly polyvinyl chloride. VINNAPAS® 920 is a carboxylated, poly(vinyl alcohol) stabilized, vinyl acetate-ethylene (VAE) copolymer dispersion with a glass transition temperature (Tg) of -20 °C. It offers excellent flow, wetting, and adhesion to a wide variety of polymeric films, coatings, and other difficult substrates.

VINNAPAS® EP 760 is a unique rapid-setting vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer dispersion. It stands out as more than just a high-solids version of the VINNAPAS® EP series. This polymer exhibits exceptional adhesion to challenging substrates that are typically difficult to bond, such as polyester, polyethylene terephthalate, tempered aluminum foil, and polystyrene.

DEHESIVE® 902 AMA® is a solvent-free, addition-curing silicone fluid formulated for release applications on paper and filmic substrates. It is an integral component of a multicomponent release coating used in the production of paper and filmic release liners. These liners are widely utilized in the manufacturing of single- and double-sided industrial laminates.
