Its degree of polymerization (n) is adjusted to achieve a mean kinematic viscosity of 350 mm²/s at 25°C. This versatile product finds application in both the pharmaceutical and food sectors. GENIOSIL® GF 80 is an epoxy functional alkoxysilane. When used as a coupling agent in mineral-filled plastics, it enhances filler dispersibility, reduces sedimentation tendency, and significantly lowers the resin's viscosity. Moreover, it allows for higher filler loading and provides notable improvements in water (vapor) resistance, as well as resistance to acids and bases. SILFAR® E 1049 can be utilized as an excipient in pharmaceutical products, although it cannot be used as an active pharmaceutical ingredient.

SILFOAM® SC 369 is a medium viscosity antifoam agent with a 100% active ingredient content. It is formulated with an organically modified silicone fluid. WACKER® Catalyst OL is a highly active and concentrated platinum catalyst specifically developed for the thermal curing of solvent-based and solvent-free addition-crosslinking silicones. This catalyst exhibits exceptional and consistent activity, providing rapid curing for addition-crosslinking silicone systems. CRA® EM 460 is a highly efficient controlled-release additive specifically developed for adjusting the release force of silicone emulsion-based DEHESIVE® systems. It is used in conjunction with coating polymers like DEHESIVE® EM 427 or DEHESIVE® EM 428 to create release coatings. The resulting system is designed for pressure-sensitive adhesive release applications and is compatible with papers of different porosities and films. SILRES® BS 1360 is a nonionic, solvent-free, water-dilutable emulsion of a reactive polysiloxane. It can be added in undiluted form to aqueous masonry protection agents either during or after their production. Similar to SILRES® BS 1346, SILRES® BS 1360 is used undiluted as a hydrophobizing additive for aqueous masonry paints. Its primary functions are to enhance water repellency, water resistance, water vapor permeability, processability, and anti-blocking properties.

WACKER® Catalyst PT 5 is a specialized platinum catalyst designed for the efficient thermal curing of both solvent-based and solvent-free addition-crosslinking silicones. WACKER® EP 501 is a white, milky water-based emulsion of a phenylmethyl silicone fluid. It can be diluted with water to remove any solid content. This product is suitable for high-temperature treatments on textiles and can also be used as an additive for water-based coating systems.

SILFOAM® SC 370 is a medium viscosity antifoam agent that offers stability against hydrolysis. It contains 100% active ingredients and is formulated with an organically modified silicone fluid. In contrast to antifoam agents based on pure silicone fluids (PDMS), SILFOAM® SC 370 generally demonstrates improved compatibility with organic systems.

SILRES® BS 1306 is a solventless, water-thinnable emulsion of polysiloxane modified with functional silicone resin. It can also be used as a water-repellent primer, in which case it should be diluted with water at a ratio of 1 part SILRES® BS 1306 to 9 parts water. If the primer is required to strengthen the substrate, we recommend adding a polymer dispersion in hydrosol form.

SILFAR® SE 4 is a silicone antifoam emulsion that finds its use in the food and pharmaceutical sectors, as well as in fermentation processes and agrochemical formulations. It serves as an effective antifoam agent in various stages, including fermentation and downstream processes like active ingredient extraction and solvent recovery, where compliance with USP and EP standards is necessary.

HDK® H13L is a synthetic, hydrophobic, amorphous silica produced via flame hydrolysis. It is a white colloidal powder of high purity. HDK® H13L is primarily used as a thickening, thixotropic, and anti-sedimentation agent in various applications such as coatings, printing inks, adhesives, and others. It finds its main application in polar systems. The strong hydrophobicity of HDK® H13L makes it particularly suitable for solvent-free systems, high solids formulations, and waterborne coatings.

WACKER® W 23 is a white, waxy, alkyl-modified polysiloxane that is resistant to hydrolysis and exhibits a very high affinity for various substrates. It is mainly used in the Polish sector. Due to its high substantivity, it is recommended for car polishes and paint conditioners as it renders the treated paint surface extremely resistant to detergents and weathering for long periods of time.

SILFAR® S 184 is a 100% silicone antifoam agent specially designed for the pharmaceutical and food processing industries. It fully adheres to the specifications outlined in the "Simeticone (EP)" and "Simethicone (USP)" monographs. Produced under cGMP guidelines, SILFAR® S 184 is suitable for use as an active pharmaceutical ingredient (API), particularly in antiflatulence and antacid preparations.

SILRES® BS 1310 is a solvent-free, water-thinnable emulsion of polysiloxane modified with functional silicone resin. It is an additive used in the production of aqueous masonry coatings and aqueous primers to enhance water repellency and resistance. Additionally, it improves the processability and antiblocking characteristics of the aqueous coatings.

WACKER® AK 0,65 is a hexamethyldisiloxane. Its chemical structure gives it an exceptional property profile that distinguishes it from organic materials like mineral oils. It exhibits good dielectric properties, low surface tension, high surface activity, and is chemically highly unreactive. Additionally, it has a low solidifying point.

HDK® H17 is a synthetic, hydrophobic, amorphous silica produced via flame hydrolysis. It is a white colloidal powder of high purity. HDK® H17 is used as a thickening and thixotropic agent in composites, coatings, adhesives, and sealants, particularly in vinylester, epoxy, and polyurethane systems.

WACKER® TPR is a versatile product used in various applications such as car care, car polishes, paint preservatives, plastic-care products, polyurethane processing, and surface care. It is a reaction product of silicone resin with silicone fluids, resulting in the formation of water-repellent release films. These films exhibit significantly better affinity compared to polydimethylsiloxanes and many organomodified silicone fluids of similar viscosity.

GENIOSIL® GF 82 is an epoxy-functional alkoxysilane. It is a clear, colorless liquid with a characteristic odor similar to gasoline. It hydrolyzes slowly in the presence of water, releasing ethanol, and forms silanols that can react with themselves to produce siloxanes or bind to inorganic substrates. The epoxy group on GENIOSIL® GF 82 can undergo a ring-opening reaction with nucleophiles such as alcohols and amines.
