WACKER® AK 200 000 STAB is a linear, non-reactive polydimethylsiloxane with a viscosity of approximately 200.000 mm²/s. It is enhanced with a special heat stabilizer that safeguards the silicone fluid from thermal decomposition and viscosity fluctuations. As a result, WACKER® AK 200 000 STAB is particularly well-suited for applications that entail high temperatures and/or shear stress. It exhibits long-term heat stability, making it suitable for operating temperatures exceeding 150 °C, and it demonstrates high shear stability.

ELASTOSIL® SOLAR 1200 is a non-slump, condensation-curing RTV-2 silicone adhesive designed for the solar industry. When used with a curing agent from the WACKER® Catalyst T 77 series, it forms a self-bonding and durable silicone rubber. Cured ELASTOSIL® SOLAR 1200 offers excellent long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light. The silicone elastomer can endure constantly changing climatic conditions, UV radiation, and temperatures as high as 180°C (356°F) without damage.
