DEHESIVE® 902 AMA® is a solvent-free, addition-curing silicone fluid formulated for release applications on paper and filmic substrates. It is an integral component of a multicomponent release coating used in the production of paper and filmic release liners. These liners are widely utilized in the manufacturing of single- and double-sided industrial laminates.

VINNAPAS® 920 is a carboxylated, poly(vinyl alcohol) stabilized, vinyl acetate-ethylene (VAE) copolymer dispersion with a glass transition temperature (Tg) of -20 °C. It offers excellent flow, wetting, and adhesion to a wide variety of polymeric films, coatings, and other difficult substrates.

VINNAPAS® CEZ 3031 is a medium-particle-size, protective colloid-containing aqueous dispersion of a terpolymer of vinyl acetate, ethylene, and vinyl chloride. The principal feature of VINNAPAS® CEZ 3031 is its wide range of uses in coating systems containing opacifying pigments. The dispersion is low in odor and is produced without the use of alkylphenol ethoxylate (APEO)-containing compounds.

VINNAPAS® eco EF 3777 is an aqueous polymer dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene. It is produced without the use of alkyl phenol ethoxylate (APEO)-containing compounds, organic solvents, or plasticizers. Due to its low VOC content, VINNAPAS® eco EF 3777 is ideal for manufacturing low-emission products.

WACKER® Polymer FD 120 is a colorless, clear, and odorless liquid that is not miscible with water. It serves as a raw material for the production of RTV-1 silicone rubbers. This product is specifically used in the compounding of silicone sealants and is suitable for applications in sealants and silicone sealants.

WACKER® Anchorage Additive HF 100 is a reactive epoxy-functional silicone polymer that enhances the adhesion of addition-crosslinking DEHESIVE® systems or liquid silicone rubbers (LSR) to polymeric substrates. It improves the anchorage of DEHESIVE® systems on PET films, enabling the production of release liners, as well as the anchorage of LSR on fabric. This additive has a low odor and is non-corrosive.

WACKER® Catalyst AL-T is a mixture of organotitanium compounds with alcoxysilane. It is a yellowish to reddish, clear liquid with a characteristic smell. However, it is sensitive to hydrolysis. WACKER® Catalyst AL-T is specifically utilized as a raw material in the production of RTV-1-silicone rubbers.

HDK® H21 is a synthetic, hydrophobic, amorphous silica produced via flame hydrolysis. It is a white colloidal powder of high purity. HDK® H21 is used as a thickening and thixotropic agent in various applications such as composites, coatings, adhesives, and sealants, particularly in vinylester, epoxy, and polyurethane systems.

ELASTOSIL® LR 6240 A/B is a solvent-free, free-flowing, addition-curing two-component silicone rubber for textile coatings (e.g. electrical sleevings). This low-viscosity compound is used to produce flexible textile coatings. It is especially suitable for the manufacture of conveyor belts and electrical insulation tubing.

GENIOSIL® STP-E 10 is a polyether-based silane-terminated polymer suitable as a binder in moisture-curing formulations. It differs from conventional silylated polymers due to its high reactivity, which results from the structural proximity of the nitrogen atom to the silicon atom in the dimethoxy(methyl)silyl-methylcarbamate group (alpha-effect). It hydrolyzes in the presence of moisture to form a stable siloxane network initiated by mild catalysis, rather than heavy metal ions.

HDK® V16 is a synthetic, hydrophilic, amorphous silica produced via flame hydrolysis. It is a standard product widely used in various industrial applications. The product is a white colloidal powder of high purity. HDK® V16 is primarily employed as a thickening and thixotropic agent in silicone sealants. Notably, it exhibits higher thickening efficiency compared to HDK® V15A.

VINNAPAS® EN 1092 is a self-crosslinking, aqueous polymer dispersion specifically developed for the nonwovens and textile coating markets. It is produced without the use of plasticizers and is based on the monomers vinyl acetate and ethylene. VINNAPAS® EN 1092 provides a unique combination of high dry and wet strength, making it an excellent choice for various applications. The dispersion has a low formaldehyde content of less than 100 ppm, ensuring compliance with strict standards. It is particularly recommended as a binder for glassfiber scrims, offering a firm handfeel and excellent alkaline resistance.

VINNAPAS® eco EF 1577 is an environmentally conscious product that helps save fossil resources by allowing for the replacement of a portion of the fossil-based raw materials with certified sustainable renewable feedstock. This substitution follows the REDcert² mass balance approach, which is independently audited by a third party. The specific amount of fossil raw material replaced varies depending on the chosen product version and is detailed in the corresponding certificate.

ELASTOSIL® RD 6600 F is a solvent-based, addition-curing silicone rubber dispersion specifically designed for textile coatings. It finds applications in architectural textiles, industrial textiles, lifestyle textiles, and textiles for protective clothing. This silicone rubber dispersion, which is formulated in xylene, exhibits excellent penetration into the substrate and provides a dry surface touch. It is commonly used for producing textile coatings in various applications such as conveyor belts and electrical sleevings.

WACKER® Silicate MKS is an ethyl silicate binder suitable for the formulation of one-pack ethyl silicate zinc-rich primers. These primers are excellent anti-corrosive coatings. WACKER® Silicate MKS is a binder with outstanding anti-setting properties. Paints formulated with it are easy to stir up, even if they have been stored for a long time.

WACKER® Crosslinker ME 60 is a mixture of alkoxysilane and aminofunctional siloxane. It appears as a colorless to yellow liquid, clear to slightly turbid, and is partially miscible with water. When exposed to water or moisture, it decomposes and forms methanol and a silicone resin. WACKER® Crosslinker ME 60 is utilized as a raw material for the production of alkoxy-cured RTV-1 silicone rubbers.

WACKER® AK 0,65 is a hexamethyldisiloxane. Its chemical structure gives it an exceptional property profile that distinguishes it from organic materials like mineral oils. It exhibits good dielectric properties, low surface tension, high surface activity, and is chemically highly unreactive. Additionally, it has a low solidifying point.

VINNOL® CE 35 is an aqueous dispersion of a terpolymer consisting of vinyl chloride, vinyl acetate, and ethylene. It acts as a rigid film-forming agent and provides outstanding heat-sealability and high-frequency (HF) weldability to nonwoven and textile substrates. Moreover, it is particularly suitable for producing plasticizer-free coatings that can be heat sealed and high-frequency welded on paper and cardboard surfaces.

WACKER® Polymer FD 6 is a colorless, clear, and odorless liquid that is not miscible with water. It is used as a raw material for the production of RTV-1 silicone rubbers. This product is specifically designed for use in sealants and silicone sealants, serving as a special raw material for silicone compounding.

WACKER® Adhesion Promoter HF 86 is a solvent-free adhesion promoter specifically designed for enhancing the adhesion of addition-cured liquid silicone rubbers to textiles. It provides improved bonding between silicone rubbers and textiles, making it ideal for textile coatings. Additionally, it can be used as a textile primer in aqueous solutions. Notably, WACKER® Adhesion Promoter HF 86 is completely solvent-free.

WACKER® Crosslinker V 58 is a hydrogenpolysiloxane that contains reactive Si-H groups. It offers excellent cure properties, allowing for low platinum concentration and low temperature cure. This crosslinker provides good release stability, ensuring consistent performance over time. It also demonstrates good anchorage, which may vary depending on the substrates used.

DEHESIVE® 915 is a solvent-free, addition-curing silicone fluid specifically developed to provide paper and filmic substrates with a release layer. Formulated with additional components, this versatile product offers exceptionally fast curing properties, enabling the use of formulations with low platinum concentrations.

SILRES® KX is a medium-molecular-weight methyl silicone resin that is supplied as a 50 wt.% solution in xylene. Its primary application is as a binder for highly heat-resistant coatings. SILRES® KX can be used effectively as a binder for various types of coatings. It offers exceptional heat resistance and weatherability, and when applied, it dries without being tacky. The resin can also undergo heat curing, further enhancing its performance. SILRES® KX is particularly well-suited for highly-filled coatings, allowing for the incorporation of a high level of fillers while maintaining excellent properties and durability.

VINNAPAS® CEF 52 is a dispersion of a vinyl chloride, ethylene, and vinyl ester terpolymer. It can be used as a binder for coating systems containing an opacifying pigment, such as polymer-modified plasters. The special composition and manufacturing technology mean that VINNAPAS® CEF 52 can be used to formulate very hydrophobic products.

VINNAPAS® SAF 72 is a fine-particle-sized dispersion of a styrene/acrylic acid ester copolymer in water with a solids content of 50%. It is manufactured without using coalescent, organic solvents, plasticizers, or alkyl phenol ethoxylate (APEO)-containing compounds. It exhibits excellent penetration into porous substrates and offers great flexibility.

SILFOAM® SC 370 is a medium viscosity antifoam agent that offers stability against hydrolysis. It contains 100% active ingredients and is formulated with an organically modified silicone fluid. In contrast to antifoam agents based on pure silicone fluids (PDMS), SILFOAM® SC 370 generally demonstrates improved compatibility with organic systems.

HDK® T30Plus is a synthetic, hydrophilic, amorphous silica produced via flame hydrolysis. It is a standard product widely used in various industrial applications. HDK® T30Plus is a white colloidal powder of high purity. It finds applications in inkjet paper, makeup, powder coatings, printing inks, and rheology control.

WACKER® Plasticizer MH 30 is a modified silicone resin for the compounding of natural stone silicone sealants. WACKER® Plasticizer MH 30 is used as a plasticizer in RTV-1 silicone sealants to avoid staining and bleeding effects on natural stones or porous substrates.

ELASTOSIL® LR 6200 A/B is a liquid silicone rubber (LSR) that is solvent-free and free-flowing. It utilizes additive curing and consists of two components. This grade is specifically designed for textile coatings. ELASTOSIL® LR 6200 A/B has a very low viscosity, allowing for good penetration into the substrate and a dry surface touch. It is particularly well suited for textile coating applications that require enhanced flame retardancy.

WACKER® Catalyst PT 5 is a specialized platinum catalyst designed for the efficient thermal curing of both solvent-based and solvent-free addition-crosslinking silicones. It is highly active and concentrated, ensuring rapid curing and consistent performance in silicone systems. With its high platinum concentration, this catalyst offers excellent efficiency. Additionally, WACKER® CATALYST OL is miscible with silicones in any proportion, providing versatility and ease of use in various applications.

VINNAPAS® EN 1020 is a self-crosslinking, aqueous polymer dispersion based on the monomers vinyl acetate and ethylene. This product is manufactured without the use of plasticizers. VINNAPAS® EN 1020 is specifically designed to serve as a binder for soft hydrophilic nonwovens. The binder can be applied using spray, impregnation, or foam methods. When used, VINNAPAS® EN 1020 provides good wet strength to the nonwoven material while maintaining a low level of free formaldehyde content.

VINNAPAS® eco CA 55 is an environmentally conscious product that helps conserve fossil resources. When purchasing this product, it is possible to replace up to 100% of the fossil-based raw materials used in its manufacturing with sustainably certified renewable feedstock. This substitution process follows the REDcert² mass balance approach, which is audited by TÜV Nord. SILFAR® S 184 is a 100% silicone antifoam agent specially designed for the pharmaceutical and food processing industries. It fully adheres to the specifications outlined in the "Simeticone (EP)" and "Simethicone (USP)" monographs. Produced under cGMP guidelines, SILFAR® S 184 is suitable for use as an active pharmaceutical ingredient (API), particularly in antiflatulence and antacid preparations.
