This grade contains non-brominated, non-chlorinated flame retardant and carries a UL94 flame rating of 5VA at 2.5mm and V0 at 1.5mm along with impact strength, very low moisture absorption, excellent dimensional stability, and good electrical properties. NORYL™ N1050 resin is an excellent candidate for a variety of applications requiring electrically insulating properties, low moisture absorption and low warpage.

This material contains non-halogenated flame retardant and carries UL VW-1 and UL94 V0 ratings along with a Shore D Hardness reading of 63. FLEX NORYL WCV063 resin was developed for evaluation in automotive wire + cable applications requiring ISO6722 Class A or B. It exhibits ultra thin-wall capability, Good scratch abrasion and pinch resistance, High dimensional stability, low shrinkage and warpage, Very low water absorption, chemical resistance, and good dieletrcic strength. Processing is typically conducted on standard extrusion equipment, and UL 1581 testing is conducted on 2.0mm wire with 0.12mm X 20 stranded copper conductor.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP ELCRES EXL7414 is based on Polycarbonate (PC) siloxane copolymer resin. It is a medium flow, non-chlorinated, non-brominated flame retardant opaque grade. It offers excellent low temperature ductility (-40C), extremely thin wall flame retardant capability with UL94 V0 at 0.6mm, and in combination with excellent processability and release with opportunities for shorter cycle times compared to standard Polycarbonate. It is available in wide range of opaque colors and is an excellent candidate for a wide variety of applications such as the battery cover of fast-charging mobile phones that need to be compliant with IEC62368-1.

The product can be used as a binder or as an impregnation agent for porous materials. Additionally, SILRES® MK Powder is the ideal product for making tack-free prepregs with excellent storage stability. When fully cured, SILRES MK POWDER has the lowest carbon content among all WACKER silicone resins, resulting in a high ash content when pyrolized. Composites made of SILRES® MK Powder exhibit long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light. They can be continuously exposed to changing climatic conditions, UV radiation, and temperatures exceeding 300 °C (572 °F). Furthermore, SILRES® MK Powder provides water repellency and excellent electrical insulation properties to the composite materials.

Added features of this grade include: Low Slip-Stick, Internally Lubricated and Wear Resistant.

SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 1010UCL is an amorphous, transparent polyetherimide (PEI) thermoplastic offering enhanced flow and a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 217°C. 1010UCL offers the same performance as ULTEM 1010 resin and offers further enhanced cleanliness control for (optical) applications. The natural (uncolored) version of this grade is compliant with RoHS and also with Halogen Free standards as IEC 61249-2-21 and e.g. IPC 4101E. For colored versions, compliance needs to be checked case by case.

SEMICOSIL® 962 TC A/B is a gap filler paste material with excellent thermal conductivity. It is a two-part silicone rubber that is shear-thinning, easy to dispense, and non-slump. This addition-curing formulation cures at room temperature, resulting in a soft, flexible, and tacky rubber with outstanding thermal conductivity properties.

SILRES® H 44 is a powdered, condensation-curing phenyl silicone resin with excellent solubility in various organic solvents. The product can be used as a binder or as an impregnation agent for porous materials. Due to its compatibility with organic resins, SILRES® H 44 can also be used to modify or partly replace phenolic resins in the respective compounds. Compared to other silicone resins, SILRES® H 44 cures relatively quickly at elevated temperatures. It is therefore particularly suitable for fully automated production lines.
