Plenco® 02535 is a general purpose, organic filled phenolic molding compound offering optimized cure characteristics and excellent electrical properties. UL recognized under component file E40654. 02535 is available in black. 02535 was qualified under military specification MIL-M-14 (superseded by ASTM D-5948) TYPE CFG and batches can, if requested and paid for, be tested for certification to the standard.

CoreLite PET can handle processing temperatures up to 150 °C (302 °F) . During high temperature processing it is thermally stable and no outgassing or expansion after postcure occurs. In the event of fire, no toxic gasses are generated.

AMC® 8590-12CFH (Hybrid) is a chopped carbon fiber combination E-glass reinforced ESC® molding compound. It is easily moldable and provides parts that are high strength, fatigue resistant, with high heat resistance and a low density. The carbon fiber is standard modulus PAN based 12K tow.

MVK-14 FreeForm® is a high-temperature thermosetting polyimide resin with service capability up to 316°C (204°C wet). It is accompanied by an extensive database of mechanical and thermal properties. This database, generated by the National Center for Advanced Materials Performance (NCAMP), includes over 5,000 data points and makes MVK-14 FreeForm® ready for use in virtually any application requiring a high-temperature structural composite material. Jointly developed by Maverick and GE Aviation to replace PMR-15 and its highly toxic diamine 4,4’-methylenedianiline (MDA), MVK-14 FreeForm® contains no mutagenic or carcinogenic components. Although it is most suited for autoclave processing, its chemistry also allows for the use of compression molding. MVK-14 FreeForm® is available as a PMR-type resin solution from Maverick Corporation, or as a prepreg from Renegade Materials Corporation.

Muehlmeier E-glass mat E-CSM- emulsion bonded consists of cut and non-oriented E-CR glass strands, which have silane size. The binding of the strands amongst each other happens by a liquid mat binder on PVAc base which is easily soluble in styrene. Working happens in the well known contact- and continuous processes.
