Added features include: high heat resistance and impact strength, excellent chemical resistance, low chloride contents, good warpage control and inherently flame-retardant. Applications of this grade include electric and electronic components.

Added features of this grade include: impact modified, good Low temperature ductility in combination with medium flow characteristics, excellent surface esthetics, excellent knit line strength and excellent processability with opportunities for shorter IM cycle times compared to standard IM PC resins. This is a general purpose product available for wide range of opaque colors and may be an excellent candidate for a broad range of applications.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP ELCRES EXL9034 is based on Polycarbonate (PC) siloxane copolymer resin with excellent low temperature ductility, robust flame retardancy (V0/5VA), good processability and electrical tracking resistance. It is UV stabilized with F1 rating and is a good candidate for applications like photovoltaic connectors.
