VESTAKEEP® L 4000 G is a high-viscosity, unreinforced, lubricated polyether ether ketone suitable for injection molding and extrusion. The semicrystalline polymer offers superior thermal and chemical resistance. Parts made from VESTAKEEP® L 4000 G have low flammability and can be processed using standard machines for thermoplastics.

VESTAKEEP® 5000 G is a high-viscosity, unreinforced polyether ether ketone suitable for injection molding and extrusion. It is a semi-crystalline polymer with superior thermal and chemical resistance. Parts made from VESTAKEEP® 5000 G have low flammability and can be processed using standard machines for thermoplastics.

VESTAKEEP® 5000 CF30 is a Polyether Ether Ketone compound with a filler content of 30% carbon fibers and an ultra-high viscosity. It is primarily used for injection molding parts and is produced through a multistage process using hydroquinone and 4,4'-difluorobenzophenone building blocks.

SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 2100 is a polyetherimide (PEI), 10% Glass fiber filled, standard flow Polyetherimide (Tg 217°C) . ECO Conforming, UL94 V0 and 5VA listing. SABIC's Specialties Business High heat resistant polycarbonate copolymer, provides DTUL of 300F at 264 psi. FDA food contact compliant in limited colors. Effective January 15th, 2008 this grade will no longer be supported with biocompatibility information and should not be used for medical applications which require biocompatibility. SABIC's Specialties Business FLEX NORYL™ WCD891B resin is a flexible, non-reinforced extrudable blend of Polyphenylene Ether (PPE) + Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE). This material contains non-halogenated flame retardant and performance capable of meeting UL VW-1 requirements, 80C end use temperature rating, and heat deformation performance as defined by UL 1581. FLEX NORYL™ WCD891B resin is intended for evaluation in wire and cable applications in dark colors. It has a Shore A Hardness reading of 89 and exhibits superior thermal stability, very low water absorption, good electric properties, and low specific gravity. Processing is typically conducted on standard extrusion equipment, and UL 1581 testing is conducted on 2.0mm wire with 0.12mm X 20 stranded copper conductor. This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during SHPP’s manufacturing process and are not expected to contain unintentional PFAS impurities. LNP LUBRICOMP YP003 compound is based on Polyester Elastomer resin containing 15% PTFE/silicone. Added features of this grade include: Wear Resistant.

SABIC's Specialties Business NORYL™ N225X resin is a non-reinforced blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) + polystyrene (PS). This injection moldable grade contains non-brominated, non-chlorinated flame retardant and carries a UL94 flame rating of 5VA at 3mm and V0 at 1.5mm along with a UL746C Outdoor Suitability rating of F1. NORYL™ N225X resin offers good dielectric strength and strong electrical performance in addition to low moisture absorption and dimensional stability, This material is an excellent candidate for both indoor and outdoor electrical applications.

This high modulus, injection moldable grade contains non-brominated, non-chlorinated flame retardant and carries a UL94 flame rating of V1 at 1.5mm. NORYL™ CN1134 resin exhibits good dimensional stability, low moisture absorption, and high rigidity. It is an excellent candidate for printer chassis and electric vehicle battery (EV) applications. This material contains non-halogenated flame retardant and performance capable of meeting UL VW-1 requirements, 80C end use temperature rating, and heat deformation performance as defined by UL 1581. FLEX NORYL WCD801AU resin is intended for evaluation in wire insulation and cable jacket applications in light colors. It has a Shore A Hardness reading of 82 and exhibits superior thermal stability, very low water absorption, good electric properties, low specific gravity, and good color stability after UV weathering per ASTM D4459. Processing is typically conducted on standard extrusion equipment, and UL 1581 testing is conducted on 2.0mm wire with 0.12mm X 20 stranded copper conductor.
