SILFOAM® SE 39 is a low-viscosity antifoam emulsion known for its long-lasting efficiency. SILFOAM® SE 39 is particularly effective in applications where high surfactant concentrations or intense product movement would quickly render conventional antifoam emulsions ineffective.

VINNOL® H 15/50 is a copolymer comprising approximately 85 wt.% vinyl chloride (VC) and 15 wt.% vinyl acetate (VAc). It serves as a binder for surface coating compounds and printing inks. As a thermoplastic and physically drying binder, VINNOL® H 15/50 creates a film as the solvent in the formulation evaporates.

VINNAPAS® EN 1024 is a self-crosslinking, aqueous polymer dispersion based on the monomers vinyl acetate and ethylene. This product is manufactured without the use of plasticizers. It is specifically designed to serve as a binder for soft and hydrophilic nonwovens. VINNAPAS® EN 1024 offers good wet strength to the nonwovens while maintaining a low level of formaldehyde. Additionally, it is particularly suitable for foam applications.

To achieve high efficiency, it is important to ensure proper dispersion of PULPSIL® 255 C in the foaming medium. WETSOFT® NE 500 is a nonionic, hydrophilic emulsion concentrate that forms a stable semi-macroemulsion upon simple 1:1 dilution with cold water. It is used for the hydrophilic treatment of all kinds of fibers and textiles. WETSOFT® NE 500 imparts a pleasant, soft, and supple hand to woven and knitted fabrics, as well as towels. Additionally, finishing with WETSOFT® NE 500 improves the moisture management of the treated textiles.

It offers very good handling, long-term efficiency, and excellent knock-down efficiency. This product is also suitable for applications in antifoams for textile finishing and pulp-related processes.

PULPSIL® 763 E is a low-viscosity, highly effective silicone antifoam emulsion specifically designed for use in pulp mills. It is mainly used in pulp washing and screening processes, but it is also effective during bleaching and wastewater treatment. PULPSIL® 763 E acts primarily as an antifoam agent and drainage aid, and it can be added at various stages of the manufacturing process.

ADVALON® TL 11 HM is a 100% active compound that combines polydimethylsiloxane with specialty waxes and an antistatic agent. It has a viscosity of 130 mPa at 80°C. This compound offers good abrasion resistance, a low to medium coefficient of friction, and good slip-stick properties. It also provides increased needle heat resistance and good static protection.

ADVALON® TL 10 HM is a 100% active compound that combines polydimethylsiloxane with a specialty wax. AEROSIL® R 972 is hydrophobic fumed silica grade treated with DDS (Dichlordimethylsilane). The moderate hydrophobicity of these AEROSIL® products is suited for defoaming properties in the presence of appropriate hydrophobic liquids. They are recomended for improving the sedimentation stability of defoamer dispersions as well.

AEROSIL® 200 is a hydrophilic fumed silica with a specific surface area of 200 m²/g.

AEROSIL® R 202 is a hydrophobic fumed silica grade, treated with a polydimethylsiloxane. This product can be used in defoamer formulations for sedimentation stabilization and due to its high hydrophobicity as defoaming component.
