SILRES® BS 710 is a permanent anti-graffiti coating designed to protect concrete, masonry, wood, and pre-existing coatings. It is based on polyorganosiloxanes and provides excellent performance against exterior elements such as rain, sun, and temperature extremes. SILRES® BS 710 is a single-component product that cures at room temperature with ambient moisture. The cured coating offers excellent release properties and ease of removal for most permanent markers and aerosol paints.

SILRES® BS 290 is a solventless silicone concentrate based on a mixture of silane and siloxane. It can be diluted with organic solvents. Dilute solutions of SILRES® BS 290 in organic solvents are high-quality general-purpose water repellents for impregnating and priming mineral and highly alkaline substrates.

PerformaSil™ 200 Anti-Graffiti Coating is a single-component, water-based silicone elastomer that dries to form a tough, durable film that provides long-lasting, permanent graffiti and water protection. It cures to form a breathable membrane that is impervious to water and protects surfaces from spray paint, marker, and felt tip pens. Graffiti is easily removed with a power washer, scrub brush, or commercial graffiti cleaners. This coating can eliminate repainting costs and prevent properties from losing value.

Wallpaper Prep-Coat is an acrylic water-based coating used by virtually every professional wallpaper hanger to prepare and condition the wall prior to hanging wallpaper. It totally eliminates the need to sand glossy surfaces or prime new drywall. Wallpaper Prep-Coat actually forms a Velcro-like surface that ensures proper adhesion, prevents seams from opening and helps eliminate bubbles. Wallpaper Prep-Coat is ideal for both prepasted and unpasted wallpaper. Its water-based low odor formula makes it pleasant to use and easy to clean up with soap and water.

SYNTRAN® AC 4005 is a water-based cationic acrylic copolymer solution and a softer version of SYNTRAN® AC 4006. It is recommended for metal passivation with good adhesion and good compatibility with cationic PUDs and some metal salts or other low-pH ingredients. SYNTRAN® AC 4005 is also very suitable for use in stain-blocking paints and primers. It shows excellent performance in blocking wood and cork extractives, nicotine, graffiti, soot and water stains. SYNTRAN® AC 4005 is also recommended for the formulation of coatings with excellent adhesion properties on critical substrates such as glass, ceramic tiles, zinc, aged alkyd paints, etc. SYNTRAN® AC 4005 is recommended for interior use. Various starting point formulations (pigmented and clear) based on SYNTRAN® AC 4005 are available on request. Abocoat 8106-5™ is recommended for coating damp floors and walls, hard freshly poured concrete, and many painted surfaces. Preferred for applications requiring low vapor emission and low fire hazard during application, such as schools, restaurants, and enclosed areas. Thin with water.

Pilgrim Permocoat B2 Primer is a new technology waterborne epoxy primer for use over properly prepared masonary surfaces. B2 Primer is designed as a primer over dry and damp concrete surfaces prior to the application of epoxy and urethane topcoats. Can also be used alone as a protective concrete sealer. It is no longer necessary to endure the odor, toxicity exposure and fire hazards of typical solvent-borne 2 pack epoxy finishes to obtain the unique performance characteristics of such finishes. Through the use of B-2 Primer, the combination of high performance and low hazard application can now be achieved.

3000 Series Icephobic Coatings is icephobic coatings (anti-ice coatings) create a slick, non-stick, hydrophobic surface when applied to steel, fiberglass, aluminum and over most painted surfaces. Water beads up on the coating, much like water beads up on a newly waxed automobile. Since the icephobic coating is anti-stick in nature, the high contact angle of the water pulls the bead of ice that is forming away from the coating so there is little surface area for the ice to attach. It's own weight pulls it off of the paint surface before it has a chance to form into large icicles that can cause harm.
