Plenco® 08122 is a general purpose polyester bulk molding compound that is characterized by adding utility to a number of applications. Because of its combination of high heat resistance, good electrical properties, flame resistance and strength. Customers have found this material useful in such applications as iron skirts and other small appliance housings, coil bobbins, and electric motor components such as brush holders. It is available in either bulk or extruded form and is currently available in natural. Other colors are available upon request. It is UL recognized under file E40654.

Plenco® 08218 is an 18% glass-filled polyester bulk molding compound characterized as an electrical grade, but has many outstanding properties that make it suitable for a broad range of applications because of its excellent electrical resistance and mechanical strength. Customers have found this material useful for commercial/industrial heavy duty electrical parts, enclosures for power distribution equipment, fuse holders, circuit breaker cases, electric motor housings and components. It is available in bulk or extruded form and colors upon request. It is UL recognized under file E40654.

Cuyahoga Plastics S-4900 is a glass & mineral-filled Silicone Thermoset molding compound designed for components requiring extreme high temperature performance.

Plenco® 08235 is a 15% glass-filled polyester bulk molding compound characterized as a flame-retardant, medium-strength electrical grade. Customers have found this material useful for a broad range of applications such as capacitor cans, electrical enclosures, etc. It is available in bulk or extruded form, natural and black. Other colors available upon request. It is UL recognized under file E40654.

Customers have found this material useful for injection molded electrical appliance components. UL recognized under component file E40654. 01586 is available in gray color.

Plenco® 08228 is a glass fiber reinforced polyester bulk molding compound. Plenco® 08228 is formulated for high-strength, low warpage, and a wide processing window. It is available in bulk or extruded form, with custom matched colors available upon request.

Plenco® 01581 is a glass and mineral-reinforced pelletized polyester molding compound, exhibiting excellent dimensional stability, mechanical strength and also arc resistance, track resistance, and flammability ratings. UL recognized under component file E40654. 01581 is available in black and gray colors.

Plenco® 01501 is a general purpose, mineral filled granular polyester molding compound, offering excellent arc and track resistance properties, low post shrinkage, and improved mechanical strength values. UL recognized under component file E40654. 01501 is available in tan color.

Haysite Reinforced Plastics 14100 are sold commercially to other injection, compression, and transfer molders for use in various applications and also used internally for our compression molded applications. Properties include are arc and track resistance, corrosion resistance, low profile, high temperature, and wear resistance.

Polynt Group BMC RF 1600/25 is a bulk molding compound based on an unsaturated polyester resin, fire retardant grade, halogen-free, reinforced with glass fibers. This BMC has been developed for electrical application. Excellent mechanical properties and good fire protection grade are combined into the BMC RF 1600/25. BMC RF 1600/25 is formulated according to RoHS, REAC regulation SVHC and WEEE European legislation.

Urochem Molding Compound 136 by BI-QEM is a urea formaldehyde resin. It is filled with highly refined cellulose and modified with special purpose additives, pigments, cure regulators and lubricants. It provides excellent electrical properties and resistance against surfactants & weak bases. It offers high hardness, glossy surface, excellent scratch resistance and excellent chemical resistance. It can be processed by injection molding. Urochem Molding Compound 136 is recommended for electrical components such as sockets, lamp holders and domestic circuit breakers. Its shelf life is of 12 months below 20°C. The molded products can be recycled and exhibits good UV stability with good moisture resistance.

Resinoid 2005 is a cellulose reinforced, two-step phenolic molding compound. It exhibits excellent electrical and thermal properties and dimensional stability. This material comes in pelletized from and is suitable for transfer or compression molding. It can be preformed on automatic equipment.

Polynt Group BMC 900 RI RF is a bulk molding compound based on an unsaturated polyester resin, fire retardant grade, halogen-free, reinforced with glass fibers. This BMC has been developed for electrical application with a high percentage of recycled BMC after grinding. Good mechanical properties and good fire protection grade are combined into the BMC 903 RI RF gr ch.. BMC RF 500/18 is formulated according to RoHS, REAC regulation SVHC and WEEE European legislation.

Resinoid 1360HR is a glass reinforced, two-step phenolic molding compound. It exhibits outstanding impact strength, electrical and thermal properties. It is particularly suitable for high temperature and strength applications. This material comes in pelletized from and is suitable for transfer or compression molding. It can be preformed on automatic equipment.

Resinoid 2089 is a chopped fabric reinforced, two-step phenolic molding compound offering good physical and wear properties. This product has been specifically formulated for mechanical applications where minimal wear and low shrinkage values are desired. This material comes in bulk fabric form and is suitable for compression molding.

Resinoid 1505 is a milled glass reinforced, two-step phenolic molding compound offering good mechanical and electrical properties. This product has been specifically formulated for electrical applications where very low post-molded shrinkage is desired. This material comes in granular form and is suitable for injection, transfer or compression molding. It can be preformed on automatic equipment.

Polynt Group BMC LP 250/22 RF is a bulk molding compound based on an unsaturated polyester resin, fire retardant grade, halogen-free, reinforced with glass fibers. This BMC has been developed for electrical application. Good mechanical properties and good surface are combined into the BMC RF 1600/20.
