ELASTOSIL® LR 3841/50 A/B is a low-oil-bleeding liquid silicone rubber from the ELASTOSIL® LR 3841 series. It is a paste-like, easily  pigmentable, two-component product with short curing times. Shortly after the curing process, a thin oil film with lubricating properties forms on the surface of the vulcanizates. The vulcanizates are opaque and exhibit good mechanical and electrical properties, as well as very low compression sets.

HDK® H15 is a synthetic, hydrophobic, amorphous silica produced via flame hydrolysis. It is a white colloidal powder of high purity. SILPURAN® 6600/40 A/B is a paste-like, easily pigmentable two-component compound with short curing times. Its vulcanizates are noted for their high transparency and excellent mechanical and electrical properties. Compared to the SILPURAN® 6000 series, the coefficient of friction of a post-cured article made of SILPURAN® 6600 is reduced by 50–70%. SILPURAN® 6600/40 A/B is designed for medical applications in compliance with the Wacker Silicones Health Care Policy, including implantation for less than 30 days.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3162 A/B is an electrically conductive liquid silicone rubber. It is a paste-like, two-component compound with short curing times. The vulcanizates are noted for good mechanical as well as electrical properties and for good heat resistance within a temperature range of -55°C to +210°C.

ELASTOSIL® R Plus 4806/20 MH is a high-temperature vulcanizing (HTV) silicone rubber grade. It is a one-component compound that undergoes platinum-curing and is used for manufacturing molded articles. These vulcanizates generate a thin oil film with lubricating properties shortly after the curing process. Since the crosslinking system relies on platinum cure, there are no peroxide decomposition products produced during curing.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3070/40 US A/B is a primerless, self-bonding liquid silicone rubber (LSR) grade that adheres to various plastic substrates, e.g. PA, PBT, and metals, but not to the mold surface. The bonding is improved by oven-curing for 1 hour at 100°C or 24 hours at room temperature.

ELASTOSIL® R Plus 4303/70 is a two-component high-consistency silicone rubber specifically formulated for the production of extruded articles, particularly those intended for contact with potable water. The cured articles exhibit excellent transparency and showcase good to very good mechanical properties. This silicone rubber cures rapidly through addition cure, resulting in a significantly faster vulcanization reaction compared to peroxide-based materials.

POWERSIL® 600 A/B is a pourable, addition-curing, two-component silicone rubber that cures at room temperature. It is specifically designed for casting applications and forms soft products with high mechanical strength. This ready-to-use, two-component system is very easy to process thanks to its low viscosity. It offers excellent dielectric properties and is best suited for outdoor applications due to its UV and weathering resistance, as well as its excellent hydrophobic properties.

POWERSIL® 735 Light Gray A/B is a two-component compound with low viscosity, offering excellent processing properties. The resulting vulcanizates exhibit remarkable resistance to tracking and erosion, along with favorable mechanical properties such as high tear strength. Additionally, they demonstrate excellent dielectric behavior, making it a reliable choice for various applications.

ELASTOSIL® R 402/60 US is a high-consistency silicone rubber (HCR) that is known for its high transparency and good mechanical properties. This product has a high green strength, making it suitable for the production of complex extruded profiles. Its vulcanizing characteristics allow for short cycle times in the manufacturing of rubber moldings through compression, transfer, and injection molding processes. The post-cured vulcanizates of this product are suitable for applications in the health care and food handling industries. ELASTOSIL® R 402/60 US is formulated with ingredients that are suitable for food contact applications, complying with Title 21 "Food and Drugs," Part 177.2600, which regulates rubber articles intended for repeated use. SILMIX® M40 Gray is designed for fabricating molded articles. Moreover, post-cured parts made from this compound can be used for food contact applications and are suitable for use under recommendation "XV."

ELASTOSIL® LR 3003/50 US A/B is a liquid silicon rubber that belongs to a product family that meets several compliance standards. ELASTOSIL® M 4511 is a room-temperature-curing silicone rubber (RTV-2) that is pourable and condensation-curing. It consists of two components and vulcanizes at room temperature. This grade exhibits outstanding chemical resistance to attack by polyester and polyurethane resins, resulting in a significantly extended mold life. The main application of ELASTOSIL® M 4511 is in making cost-effective molds, particularly well-suited for casting PE (polyethylene) and PU (polyurethane) resins.
