ELASTOSIL® LR 3003/50 US A/B Liquid Silicone Rubbers are paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component liquid silicone rubbers with short curing times. These grades are particularly suitable for the large scale, automated production of molded parts.
Processing
ELASTOSIL® LR 3003/50 US A/B can be fabricated using standard liquid rubber injection molding techniques. The product is delivered equal parts A/B and designed for a 1:1 (A;B) mix ratio. With proper metering equipment, it can be pumped directly through a static mixer into the injection molding machine.

- Storage Information
ELASTOSIL® LR 3003/50 US A/B has a shelf life of at least 12 months when stored below 32°C in the tightly closed original container. Storage beyond the recommended shelf-life does not necessarily mean that the product is no longer usable. However, the properties required for the intended use must be checked for quality assurance reasons. Once opened, containers should always be resealed to prevent catalyst poisoning by amines, sulfur compounds, and other substances.
