WACKER® Silicone Paste P is a translucent, vaseline-like paste that has a relatively stiff consistency and provides water repellency. When applied to parts, WACKER® Silicone Paste P offers excellent water repellency, which helps protect against corrosion. The paste also becomes softer when subjected to shear stress or other mechanical stress, such as kneading. This softening effect often makes the processing of the paste easier.

ELASTOSIL® R Plus 4305/60 S is a two-component, high-consistency silicone rubber specifically designed for manufacturing extruded articles. Cured articles made from this addition-curing rubber exhibit excellent transparency and good to very good mechanical properties. This fast-curing silicone rubber demonstrates good to very good mechanical properties. The vulcanization reaction is significantly faster compared to peroxide-cured materials, thanks to the addition cure process. Moreover, no peroxide decomposition products are formed during vulcanization.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3003/10 TR A/B is a liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3003 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with a short curing time. WACKER® Crosslinker W is a hydrogenpolysiloxane that contains a high percentage of reactive Si-H groups. It is specifically designed for the thermal curing of addition-crosslinking silicone rubbers, both solvent-based and solvent-free. The product exhibits high reactivity, allowing for good adhesion to the substrate. Additionally, it has low volatility and is free of solvents, halogens, and heavy metals.

SILMIX® E40 Black is a compound used for fabricating vulcanizates with a distinctive set of characteristics. These vulcanizates are recognized for their excellent flexibility and mechanical properties. Specifically designed for the production of extruded articles, SILMIX® E40 Black enables the manufacturing of high-quality parts. Additionally, when post-cured, these parts can be safely employed in food contact applications, adhering to the recommendation "XV."

SILRES® BS 97 is a water-dilutable, solventless emulsion based on an alkyl silicone resin. It is primarily used for the water-repellent treatment of insulation materials. SILRES® BS 97 is particularly well-suited for the treatment of expanded mineral materials such as vermiculite, perlite, and clay. These materials are commonly used for insulation purposes, and the application of SILRES® BS 97 helps to enhance their water repellency, thereby improving their performance and durability. By treating insulation materials with SILRES® BS 97, you can enhance their ability to repel water, prevent moisture-related issues such as mold growth and deterioration, and improve their overall performance in insulation applications.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3842/70 A/B is a low-oil-bleeding liquid silicone rubber from the ELASTOSIL® LR 3842 series. It is a paste-like, easily  pigmentable, two-component product with short curing times. Shortly after the curing process, a thin oil film with lubricating properties forms on the surface of the vulcanizates. The vulcanizates are opaque and exhibit good mechanical and electrical properties, as well as very low compression sets.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3065/50 A/B is a liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3065 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with a short curing time and a low coefficient of friction. In comparison with ELASTOSIL® LR 3003 grades, the coefficient of friction is reduced by 50-70%. The vulcanizates are noted for their excellent mechanical and electrical properties. Due to the excellent compression set, there is no need to post-cure technical parts.

ELASTOSIL® LR 5040/30 A/B is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component liquid silicone rubber with very low volatile content and excellent mechanical properties with no required postcure. Articles made from ELASTOSIL® LR 5040/30 A/B exhibit high transparency, excellent electrical properties, and mechanical properties engineered for high tear resistance according to DIN ISO 34-1 A (trousers) and ASTM D 624 B (crescent) without post-curing. The ability to meet regulatory requirements for specific food and baby care applications without the need for post-curing offers key advantages in cost savings and productivity.

SILPURAN® AUX 8250 RO is a white, barium sulfate-containing batch that is used as a radio-opaque additive for peroxide-cured high-contrast silicone rubber. SILPURAN® AUX 8250 RO is designed for medical applications in compliance with the WACKER SILICONES HEALTH CARE POLICY, including implantation for less than 30 days.

SILPURAN® 6600/50 A/B is a paste-like, easily pigmentable two-component compound with short curing times. Its vulcanizates are noted for their high transparency and excellent mechanical and electrical properties. Compared to the SILPURAN® 6000 series, the coefficient of friction of a post-cured article made of SILPURAN® 6600 is reduced by 50–70%. SILPURAN® 6600/50 A/B is designed for medical applications in compliance with the Wacker Silicones Health Care Policy, including implantation for less than 30 days.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3074/60 A/B is a self-adhesive liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3074 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with an extremely short curing time. Shortly after the curing process, a thin oil film with lubricating properties forms on the surface of the vulcanizates. The vulcanizates are opaque and have good mechanical and electrical properties.

SILPURAN® 6400/60 A/B is a paste-like, easily pigmentable two-component compound with short curing times. Its vulcanizates are noted for their high transparency and excellent mechanical and electrical properties. SILPURAN® 6400 exhibits excellent tear resistance measured according to ASTM D 624 B and DIN ISO 34-1 method A (DIN 53507). SILPURAN® 6400/60 A/B is designed for medical applications in compliance with the Wacker Silicones Health Care Policy, including implantation for less than 30 days.

ELASTOSIL® R Plus 4001/90 MH is a one-component, high-consistency silicone rubber designed for the production of molded articles. It utilizes an addition-cure process, resulting in cured articles that possess excellent transparency, very high hardness, and favorable mechanical properties. ELASTOSIL® R Plus 4001/90 MH is a fast-curing silicone rubber that exhibits good to very good mechanical properties.

SILMIX® M40 White is a compound used for fabricating vulcanizates that display a unique combination of characteristics. They are noted for their good flexibility and mechanical properties. SILMIX® M40 White is designed for fabricating molded articles. Furthermore, post-cured parts made from this compound can be used for food contact applications and are suitable for use under recommendation "XV."

ELASTOSIL® LR 3675/30 A/B is a self-adhesive liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3675 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with a short curing time and a low coefficient of friction. In comparison with ELASTOSIL® LR 3070 grades, the coefficient of friction is reduced by 50-70%. The vulcanizates are noted for their excellent mechanical and electrical properties. Due to the low compression set, there is no need to post-cure finished parts.

ELASTOSIL® R Plus 4060/50 MH is an addition-curing, one-component high consistency silicone rubber specifically designed for molding applications. The cured articles produced using this silicone rubber demonstrate excellent elasticity and low compression set. ELASTOSIL® R Plus 4060/50 MH is well-suited for the manufacturing of molded articles.

ELASTOSIL® AUX Mould Release Agent 32 is a mold release agent for LSR (liquid silicone rubber) and HTV (high-temperature vulcanizing) injection and compression molding. This product functions as an auxiliary that helps improve the demolding of tools for injection and compression molding.

HDK® T30P is a hydrophilic, synthetic, amorphous silica produced through flame hydrolysis. It is a standard product widely used in various industrial applications. HDK® T30P is a white colloidal powder of high purity. It serves as a reinforcing filler in elastomers, particularly silicone elastomers. However, it is not suitable for use in pharmaceuticals, food, and feed applications. It is essential to achieve a good dispersion of HDK® T30P to ensure optimal performance.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3003/70 US A/B is a liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3003 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound. It is noted for its high transparency, excellent mechanical and electrical properties, and ability to be molded into intricately shaped, precision parts. This series is used for health care applications, including short-term implants. Very brief molding cycles for intricately shaped and flash-free parts are possible.

ELASTOSIL® R 401/70 OH US is a colorless, translucent silicone rubber base noted for its flexibility, high transparency, and good mechanical properties.
