SILMIX® E40 White is particularly suitable for fabricating extruded articles. Additionally, post-cured parts made from this compound can be used for food contact applications and are suitable for use under recommendation "XV."

ELASTOSIL® R Plus 4000/60 is a two-component, high consistency silicone rubber designed for the production of molded articles. Once cured, these articles exhibit exceptional tear resistance and high transparency. This fast-curing silicone rubber demonstrates impressive elongation values and maintains excellent tear resistance. The addition cure process enables a significantly faster vulcanization reaction compared to peroxide curing materials. Furthermore, no peroxide decomposition products are formed during vulcanization.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3070/40 A/B is a self-adhesive liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3070 series. This product is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with an extremely short curing time. Its vulcanizates are noted for excellent mechanical and electrical properties.

ELASTOSIL® LR 6289 A/B is a commercial-grade two-component system that cures rapidly upon heating to a silicone rubber. It has been formulated as a moderate-viscosity, high-performance liquid rubber with good heat resistance. The cure is accomplished by simply mixing equal parts (1:1) by weight of parts A and B.

ELASTOSIL® R 573/50 A/B is a two-component, electrically conductive HCR silicone rubber for the manufacture of electrically conductive products. This product is an addition-cured electrically conductive HCR silicone rubber that shows a low volume resistivity. This product can be used within a temperature range of -55 °C to +210 °C.

WACKER® Viscoregler 64 is a solvent-free, reactive diluting agent suitable for liquid silicone rubbers in the ELASTOSIL LR product range. It can be used to reduce the viscosity of addition-curing liquid silicone rubber formulations. WACKER® Viscoregler 64 contains reactive functionalities and becomes incorporated into the silicone network during the curing process.

HDK® H20 is used as a thickening and thixotropic agent in coatings, printing inks, adhesives, cosmetics, and other applications. ELASTOSIL® R 401/30 OH US is a colorless, translucent silicone rubber base noted for its flexibility, high transparency, and good mechanical properties. ELASTOSIL® RT 646 A/B is a castable, addition-curing, two-component silicone rubber that vulcanizes at room temperature. It is a flowable material with resistance against casting resins, making it suitable for various applications such as encapsulation of electronic components, all-round potting compound, and mold making in reproduction molding.

ELASTOSIL® SUB C 2002 A/B is a two-component, low-viscosity, addition-curing silicone rubber specifically developed for deep-sea applications. It is designed to maintain flexibility in extreme temperature conditions, ranging from -40 °C to +180 °C. This silicone rubber is particularly well-suited for manufacturing various types of thermal insulation devices. Its low viscosity allows for easy flow and application.

ELASTOSIL® R Plus 4305/90 is a two-component, high-consistency silicone rubber specifically formulated for the manufacture of extruded articles. Cured articles made from this addition-curing rubber exhibit excellent transparency and demonstrate good to very good mechanical properties. This fast-curing silicone rubber displays good to very good mechanical properties. The vulcanization reaction is significantly faster compared to peroxide-curing materials, thanks to the addition cure process. Additionally, no peroxide decomposition products are formed during vulcanization.

SILFAR® SE 4 is a silicone antifoam emulsion that finds its use in the food and pharmaceutical sectors, as well as in fermentation processes and agrochemical formulations. This product finds applications in various household applications, including addition curing, food-contact, heat resistance, high rebound resilience, and ultra-low compression set.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3004/70 A/B is a liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3004 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with short curing times. The vulcanizates of this product are renowned for their high transparency as well as their exceptional mechanical and electrical properties.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3093/65 A/B is a paste-like, two-component compound of liquid silicone rubber with short curing times. The vulcanizates are noted for good mechanical properties and excellent heat resistance within a temperature range of -55°C to +225°C, and for a short time up to 300°C. Outstanding ultra-low compression sets can be achieved after post-curing for 4 hours at 210°C.

ELASTOSIL® R 416/70 MH is a peroxide-curing, high-consistency silicone rubber with very high green strength, which enhances calendaring and extrusion performance significantly. Uncured extruded hoses show high dimension stability and a non-sticky surface. The addition of heat stabilizers at service temperatures of more than 180°C is recommended.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3843/30 A/B is an oil-bleeding liquid silicone rubber from the ELASTOSIL® LR 3843 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component product with short curing times. Shortly after the curing process, a thin oil film with lubricating properties forms on the surface of the vulcanizates. The vulcanizates are opaque and exhibit good mechanical and electrical properties, as well as very low compression sets.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3675/50 A/B is a self-adhesive liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3675 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with a short curing time and a low coefficient of friction. In comparison with ELASTOSIL® LR 3070 grades, the coefficient of friction is reduced by 50-70%. The vulcanizates are noted for their excellent mechanical and electrical properties. Due to the low compression set, there is no need to post-cure finished parts.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3072/40 A/B is a self-adhesive liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3072 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with an extremely short curing time. Shortly after the curing process, a thin oil film with lubricating properties forms on the surface of the vulcanizates. The vulcanizates are opaque and have good mechanical and electrical properties.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3015/70 A/B is a liquid silicone rubber. It is a paste-like, readily pigmentable, two-component compound with a short curing time. Its vulcanizates are noted for their high oil resistance. It is off-white and has moderate mechanical properties. Thanks to the excellent compression set, there is no need to post-cure technical parts.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3040/70 A/B is a liquid silicone rubber from the ELASTOSIL® LR 3040 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with a very short curing time. The vulcanizates of this product are renowned for their high transparency as well as their exceptional mechanical and electrical properties. They are particularly noted for their high tear resistance according to DIN ISO 34-1 A (trousers) and ASTM D 624 B (crescent).

ELASTOSIL® R Plus 4305/80 US HCR silicone rubbers are addition-curing, two-part compounds (batch grades). The vulcanizates of these silicone rubbers exhibit excellent transparency and good to very good mechanical properties. ELASTOSIL® R Plus 4305/80 US is specifically designed for the fabrication of extruded articles that require high transparency and very good tear resistance values.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3003/80 A/B is a liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3003 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with short curing times. The vulcanizates of this product are renowned for their high transparency as well as their exceptional mechanical and electrical properties.

SILPURAN® 6600/40 A/B is a paste-like, easily pigmentable two-component compound with short curing times. Its vulcanizates are noted for their high transparency and excellent mechanical and electrical properties. Compared to the SILPURAN® 6000 series, the coefficient of friction of a post-cured article made of SILPURAN® 6600 is reduced by 50–70%. SILPURAN® 6600/40 A/B is designed for medical applications in compliance with the Wacker Silicones Health Care Policy, including implantation for less than 30 days.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3043/70 A/B is a liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3043 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with a very short curing time. ELASTOSIL® AUX Replasticizer 4 is a ready-to-use silicone rubber additive that helps to replastify heavily crepe-hardened solid silicone rubber compounds. Depending on the degree of crepe-hardening, a dosage of 1 - 3 % is recommended. This product has a paste consistency and can easily be incorporated into ELASTOSIL® R and R Plus compounds.

ELASTOSIL® Vario 40 is a pourable, two-component silicone rubber that vulcanizes at room temperature through addition-curing. It is an addition-curing, one-component high consistency silicone rubber designed for the manufacturing of molded articles. This product is particularly suitable for applications requiring vibration damping properties.

POWERSIL® 466 A/B is a ready-to-use, two-component system of liquid silicone rubber. It exhibits medium conductivity and offers stable electrical properties along with good mechanical properties. The material is characterized by high elongation at break and low tension set, ensuring flexibility and durability in applications.
