This product is an addition-cured electrically conductive HCR silicone rubber that shows a low volume resistivity. This product can be used within a temperature range of -55 °C to +210 °C.

POWERSIL® 466 LV A/B is a ready-to-use, two-component system of liquid silicone rubber. It offers medium conductivity and exhibits excellent mechanical properties. The material has high elongation at break and low tension set, providing flexibility and resilience. Additionally, it maintains stable electrical properties, making it suitable for various applications.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3002/35 A/B is a low-viscous, two-component liquid silicone rubber (LSR) compound with excellent processing properties. The material fits very well all requirements for the manufacturing of large articles with special dosing and metering equipment because of its low viscosity.

ELASTOSIL® LR 5040/45 A/B is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component liquid silicone rubber with very low volatile content and excellent mechanical properties with no required postcure. Articles made from ELASTOSIL® LR 5040/45 A/B exhibit high transparency, excellent electrical properties, and mechanical properties engineered for high tear resistance according to DIN ISO 34-1 A (trousers) and ASTM D 624 B (crescent) without post-curing. The ability to meet regulatory requirements for specific food and baby care applications without the need for post-curing offers key advantages in cost savings and productivity.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3003/20 TR A/B is a liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3003 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with a short curing time. The vulcanizates of this product are renowned for their high transparency as well as their exceptional mechanical and electrical properties.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3015/50 A/B is a liquid silicone rubber. It is a paste-like, readily pigmentable, two-component compound with a short curing time. Its vulcanizates are noted for their high oil resistance. It is colored off-white and has moderate mechanical properties. Thanks to the excellent compression set, there is no need to post-cure technical parts.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3071/40 US A/B is a primerless, self-bonding liquid silicone rubber (LSR) grade that bonds to various plastic substrates (e.g. PA, PBT) and metals but not to the mold. It exhibits excellent mechanical properties, clarity, and pot life and is suitable for food contact applications.

ELASTOSIL® LR 34004/50 A/B is a paste-like, white, two-component liquid silicone rubber with a very short curing time. Vulcaniates are noted for their radio-opaqueness. ELASTOSIL® LR 34004/50 A/B contains barium sulfate as a radio-opaque additive, which meets the requirements of the US and European Pharmacopeia.

ELASTOSIL® R 760/70 MH is a peroxide-curing, high-consistency silicone rubber with very high green strength, which enhances calendaring and extrusion performance significantly. Uncured extruded hoses show high dimension stability and a non-sticky surface. The addition of heat stabilizers at service temperatures of more than 180°C is recommended.

ELASTOSIL® R Plus 4070/60 MH is a self-adhesive grade that provides strong adhesion to various plastic substrates (e.g. PA, PBT) and metals, without causing tack formation to the mold. It is an addition-curing, one-component high consistency silicone rubber designed for the manufacturing of molded articles. This product is particularly suitable for applications requiring vibration damping properties.

HDK® S13 is a hydrophilic, synthetic, amorphous silica produced through flame hydrolysis. It is a standard product widely used in various industrial applications. HDK® S13 is a white colloidal powder of high purity. It finds application in inkjet paper and pulp, paper & printing processes.

WACKER® Crosslinker W is a hydrogenpolysiloxane that contains a high percentage of reactive Si-H groups. It is specifically designed for the thermal curing of addition-crosslinking silicone rubbers, both solvent-based and solvent-free. The product exhibits high reactivity, allowing for good adhesion to the substrate. Additionally, it has low volatility and is free of solvents, halogens, and heavy metals.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3005/40 A/B is a liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3005 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with short curing times. ELASTOSIL® Vario 40 is a pourable, two-component silicone rubber that vulcanizes at room temperature through addition-curing. It can be blended with ELASTOSIL® VARIO 15 to achieve a desired hardness ranging between 15 and 40 Shore A. This versatile silicone rubber is used in applications such as prototype molding and reproduction molding.

ELASTOSIL® AUX Replasticizer 4 is a ready-to-use silicone rubber additive that helps to replastify heavily crepe-hardened solid silicone rubber compounds. Depending on the degree of crepe-hardening, a dosage of 1 - 3 % is recommended. This product has a paste consistency and can easily be incorporated into ELASTOSIL® R and R Plus compounds.

ELASTOSIL® R Plus 4370/50 is a two-component high consistency silicone rubber designed for the manufacturing of extruded articles. It utilizes addition curing and possesses self-bonding properties. This product is well suited for the production of two-component combinations using pressure-free extrusion or co-extrusion techniques.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3856/20 A/B is a high-oil-bleeding liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3856 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component product with short curing times and very good demoldability (high hot tear resistance). Shortly after curing, a thin oil film with lubricating properties forms on the surface. The vulcanizates are opaque, have very good mechanical and electrical properties, excellent cut resistance, and a low compression set without post-cure.

HDK® H30 is a synthetic, hydrophobic, amorphous silica produced via flame hydrolysis. It is a white colloidal powder of high purity. HDK® H30 finds application as a thickening and thixotropic agent in various industries including coatings, printing inks, adhesives, cosmetics, and others. Additionally, it is utilized as a reinforcing filler in elastomers, specifically silicone-elastomers. Moreover, HDK® H30 acts as a free flow additive in the production of powder coatings.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3016/65 A/B is a liquid silicone rubber. It is a paste-like, readily pigmentable, two-component compound with a short curing time. Its vulcanizates are noted for their high oil resistance. It is off-white and has moderate mechanical properties. Thanks to the excellent compression set, there is no need to post-cure technical parts.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3070/20 A/B is a self-adhesive liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3070 series. This product is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with an extremely short curing time. Its vulcanizates are noted for excellent mechanical and electrical properties.

ELASTOSIL® R Plus 4305/50 is a two-component, high-consistency silicone rubber specifically formulated for the manufacture of extruded articles. Cured articles made from this addition-curing rubber display excellent transparency and exhibit good to very good mechanical properties. This fast-curing silicone rubber demonstrates good to very good mechanical properties. The vulcanization reaction is significantly faster compared to peroxide-curing materials, thanks to the addition cure process. Additionally, no peroxide decomposition products are formed during vulcanization.

ELASTOSIL® RT 728 A/B is a two-part paste-like silicone rubber that can be thermally cured. When vulcanized, it exhibits excellent resistance to coolants and has a low compression set. This product is commonly used in applications such as bonding and sealing, as well as in the production of cured-in-place gaskets (dry type). Its notable properties include strong adhesion on synthetic materials that are resistant to antifreeze-water mixtures, as well as a low compression set.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3023/60 A/B is a liquid silicone rubber. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with short curing times and excellent coolant resistance. Vulcanizates are opaque with average mechanical properties, and they are noted for ultra-low compression sets after post-curing.

When exposed to water or moisture, it decomposes and forms acetic acid. WACKER® Crosslinker ES 24 serves as a raw material for acetoxy crosslinking RTV-1 silicone rubbers.

ELASTOSIL® AUX FL Non-Healing is a ready-to-use masterbatch comprising specific additives and reactive silicone polymers that are commonly used in ELASTOSIL® liquid silicone rubber. This ensures homogeneous covulcanization without migration, as may be observed for systems based on silicone oil. It can be used to reduce self-healing and other sticking phenomena.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3072/30 A/B is a self-adhesive liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3072 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with an extremely short curing time. Shortly after the curing process, a thin oil film with lubricating properties forms on the surface of the vulcanizates. The vulcanizates are opaque and have good mechanical and electrical properties.

It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with a very short curing time and good mechanical and electrical properties. The vulcanizates of this product are known for their self-adhesive properties to various substrates as well as their low coefficient of friction.

SILMIX® M70 Black is a compound used for fabricating vulcanizates that exhibit a unique combination of characteristics. They are recognized for their good flexibility and mechanical properties. SILMIX® M70 Black is designed for fabricating molded articles. Moreover, post-cured parts made from this compound can be used for food contact applications and are suitable for use under recommendation "XV."
