Wacker Chemie Silane P-Triethoxy is a colorless, clear liquid with a weak, characteristic odor. It is soluble in organic solvents but not in water. This silane is used as a component of a Ziegler-Natta olefin polymerization catalyst system. It offers several performance advantages, including increased polymer yield per unit weight of catalyst, enhanced isotactic content of polypropylene-based polymers, and improved molecular weight dispersity of the polymer.

Dragonox® 323 is an antioxidant with applications in rosin resins, such as penta rosin ester and glycerol rosin ester. Adding 0.2 ~ 0.3% of this product can greatly improve the color of rosin ester by 2 ~ 3 in Gardner measure, and 0.2% of this product will effectively improve the anti-crystallized character of rosin. It also functions as an effective catalyst in disproportionation and can be used as a substitute for platinum and palladium.

Evonik TEMPO is a versatile radical source widely used in oxidation reactions as a robust catalyst for both chemical and electrochemical pathways. DABCO® Crystalline is a high-purity triethylenediamine (TEDA), serving as a powerful catalyst for urethane (polyol-isocyanate) reactions. It finds application in a variety of polyurethane applications. DABCO® Crystalline is used in all types of polyurethane foams, including flexible slabstock, flexible molded, rigid, semi-flexible, and elastomeric. Additionally, it is utilized in polyurethane coating applications. The main function of DABCO® Crystalline is to accelerate the reactions between isocyanate and water, as well as between isocyanate and organic hydroxyl groups.

POLYCAT® SA 1 is a heat-activated, delayed-action polyurethane catalyst that is based on a strong cyclic amine called 1,5-diaza-bicyclo (5.4.0) undec-5-ene. It consists of POLYCAT® DBU and an organic acid "blocker." At room temperature, POLYCAT® SA 1 has low activity, but when heat is applied, its activity increases and becomes comparable to that of metallic salts. When POLYCAT® SA 1 is added to conventional amine catalyst systems, it acts as a delayed-action catalyst. It has a minimal impact on the initial reaction and does not significantly affect the flowability of the foaming mass. Its primary effect is on the final curing properties of the foam, allowing for accelerated curing and improved demould time. This material is a light brown liquid with low volatility and a slight amine-like odor. It is miscible with water and soluble in most organic solvents.

DABCO® T 120 is a potent catalyst used for urethane reactions (gelling), offering excellent hydrolytic stability on the resin side. It is a dibutyl tin-based catalyst that displays high catalytic activity and enhanced hydrolytic stability. This catalyst finds application in spray foam, rigid polyurethanes, and high-resiliency flexible molded products.

KOSMOS® MB 16 is a catalyst composed of bismuth carboxylate. It finds applications in the production of 2K polyurethane elastomers, sealants, coatings, or adhesives. Compared to DABCO® MB 20, KOSMOS® MB 16 exhibits reduced sensitivity to residual moisture, resulting in shorter gel times and tack-free times. Additionally, it offers improved curing times and has a lower viscosity compared to standard bismuth grades.

KOSMOS® 33 is a solution of potassium acetate in diethylene glycol. KOSMOS® 33 promotes the isocyanurate reaction and finds utility in a wide range of rigid PU foam applications. It exhibits low viscosity and high efficiency as a standard trimerization catalyst for laminated rigid insulation panels. KOSMOS® 33 is also a suitable co-catalyst in PUR formulations, enhancing the curing process.

POLYCAT® SA 2 LE is a low-emissive, delayed-action tertiary amine based on DBU. It effectively enhances the urethane reaction when heat is applied, making it suitable for microcellular, integral skin, coating, adhesive, sealant, and elastomer applications. This product is especially recommended for use with low-activity aliphatic isocyanates.

KOSMOS® 75 is a solution of potassium octoate in diethylene glycol. It promotes the isocyanurate reaction and is extensively used in a diverse range of rigid foam applications. POLYCAT® 41 is a tertiary amine catalyst employed in a wide variety of polyurethane foam and non-foam applications. It is a gel catalyst with added mild PIR selectivity, making it suitable for a wide variety of rigid polyurethane and polyisocyanurate foam and non-foam applications. It is recommended as a co-catalyst in combination with other polyurethane and polyisocyanurate catalysts, particularly in formulations with an isocyanate index greater than 105–110.
