SABIC's Specialties Business NORYL™ PX5373 resin is a 20% glass fiber reinforced blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) + polystyrene (PS). This injection moldable grade contains non-brominated, non-chlorinated flame retardant and carries a UL94 flame rating of 5VA at 2mm and V1 at 1.5mm along with UL746C Outdoor Suitability rating of F1 and RTI of 110C. NORYL™ SE1GFN2 exhibits high heat resistance, good dielectric strength, dimensional stability, hydrolytic stability, and very low moisture absorption. This material is an excellent candidate for a variety of applications such as solar frames, unattended power supply (UPS) inverter/charger, indoor and outdoor electrical enclosures / housings / connectors, and wall plates / sockets / switches.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP ELCRES CRX9421 is a semi-crystalline Polycarbonate (PC) copolymer/Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT) opaque blend. This grade offers medium flow, UL V0 rating @ 1.5 mm, and high ductility in combination with excellent chemical resistance. It is available for custom coloring and may be an excellent candidate for a wide variety of applications that need improved chemical resistance.

SABIC's Specialties Business NORYL™ HMC3008V compound is based on Polyphenylene Ether (PPE) resin containing carbon fiber, glass fiber and minerals (total 26%). Added features of this grade include: Electrically Conductive, Non-Halogenated Flame Retardant, Dimensional Stability.

NORYL™ LTA6020 exhibits good dimensional stability over a wide temperature range, high heat performance, low moisture uptake, and offers long-term aging / retention of mechanical properties. It is an excellent candidate for solar / photovoltaic (PV) junction boxes and outdoor electrical enclosures.

SABIC's Specialties Business NORYL NH6020 resin is a non-reinforced blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) + polystyrene (PS) designed for high heat resistance and thin-wall FR performance. This injection moldable grade contains non-brominated, non-chlorinated flame retardant and carries a UL94 flame rating of 5VA at 2.5mm and V0 at 0.75mm along with UL746C Outdoor Suitability rating of F1 and RTI of 110C. NORYL NH6020 resin passes VDE/DIN 475 part 815 testing, Ball Pressure Test (BPT) at 125C, GWFI 960C at 1, 2, 3mm, GWIT 825C at 1mm, and CTI >600V making this an excellent candidate for unattended appliance components where EN/IEC 60335 applies. SABIC's Specialties Business NORYL™ GTX987 resin is a conductive, high performance non-reinforced alloy of Polyphenylene Ether (PPE) + Polyamide (PA). This injection moldable grade is optimized for primer-less electrostatic painting. NORYL™ GTX987 resin exhibits a low coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) of ~7. This material is an excellent candidate for automotive applications such as body panels, tank flaps, and tailgates.

SABIC's Specialties Business VALOX™ ENH8560 is a 30% glass reinforced, non-chlorinated/brominated flame retardant Polybutylene Terephthalate/Polyethylene Terephthalate (PBT/PET) injection moldable grade with excellent chemical resistance. It has a UL94V0@1.5mm and 5VA@2.0mm flame rating. This is a good candidate for a variety of applications needing a sustainable FR PBT/PET solution.

SABIC's Specialties Business NORYL NHP9023 resin is a 15% glass fiber reinforced blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) + polystyrene (PS). This injection moldable grade contains non-brominated, non-chlorinated flame retardant and carries a UL94 flame rating of V0 1.5mm and V1 at 0.75mm for thin-wall molding capability. NORYL NHP9023 is based on a unique co-polymer technology and exhibits good dimensional stability, high heat resistance, strong electrical performance, and very low specific gravity. It is an excellent candidate for copier fuser units, business equipment internal components, and electrical applications where thin-wall FR, modulus retention, and high heat resistance are required. SABIC's Specialties Business NORYL™ 6390C resin concentrate is an non-reinforced blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) + general purpose polystyrene (GPPS). This material is in granule form and optimized for blending with polystyrene resins. NORYL™ 6390C resin may be an excellent candidate in microwavable food packaging applications and is compliant with US and European food contact regulations. NORYL™ FP5140HF resin was designed to have very good dimensional stability with high flow and exhibits good rheological properties, high heat resistance, hydrolysis resistance, and very low density. The combination of these properties makes this material an excellent candidate for Flat Panel TV enclosure applications.

SABIC's Specialties Business NORYL PX1112 resin is a non-reinforced blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) + polystyrene (PS). This impact modified, injection moldable grade was developed for automotive body panel applications and meets the requirements of the Standard ECE Dashboard Impact Test. NORYL PX1112 resin offers high heat resistance, good impact resistance, low specific gravity, and dimensional stability. This injection moldable material is FC EU, FDA food contact compliant, NSF/ANSI 61*, ACS, WRAS, KTW, and W270 listed for global potable water use. NORYL™ FE1410PW resin exhibits excellent long-term hydrolytic stability, very low moisture absorption, heat / hot water resistance and is an excellent candidate for a variety of water management applications such as pump housings, impellers, shower/faucet, membrane housings and valves. *NSF certification is color dependent. NORYL™ NHP6011 is based on a unique co-polymer technology and exhibits high impact, high heat resistance, dimensional stability, hydrolytic stability, strong electrical performance, low moisture absorption and very low specific gravity. This material is an excellent candidate for electrical vehicle (EV) battery modules/housings.

LNP THERMOCOMP ZX08005 compound is based on Polyphenylene Ether / Polystyrene (PPE/PS) blend containing unreinforced. Added features of this grade include: Improved Dielectric Properties.

SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 9085 is a polyetherimide blend that is specifically formulated for use in aerospace cabin interiors, as well as in rail applications and for FDM printing. It complies with aerospace FAR25.853 and OSU55/55 heat release requirements and has been approved by major aerospace OEMs. With a rail EN45545 R6-HL3 rating, this material offers excellent flow, stiffness, and ductility balance, allowing for thin-walled, lightweight designs.
